Relax Nella Meravigliosa Campagna Toscana ad un Passo dal Mare..

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto grande. Interni e arredi nuovissimi. Situato in una posizione strategica a 12 km da Castiglioncello e dalla bellissima costa livornese, permette di godersi il mare e la tranquillità delle dolci colline toscane. Facilmente raggiungibili Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Livorno, Lucca e le principali città della Toscana, pochi Km anche da Casciana Terme.

Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto nei nostri appartamenti.

Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

Siamo stati 9 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo: Simone è una bravissima persona, ci ha fatto trovare la casa in ordine, pulita e con il frigo e la dispensa piene. Ci ha fatto fare un giro per il paese e offerto la colazione. I vicini sono gentili e ci hanno offerto fichi, pomodori e uova. Consigliato!!!

Ich glaube unseren Vermieter muss man kennenlernen um zu verstehen was ich meine wenn ich schreibe, wie fürsorglich, informativ und doch zurückhaltend er mit seinen Gästen umgeht. Beim Erreichen des Feriendomizil, was genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos entsprach ( Fotos sind nicht aus einem günstigen Winkel oder das schönste Zimmer das man nie erhält aufgenommen), empfing uns direkt neben dem Wohlfühlgefühl auch ein herrlicher Frischobstkorb. Im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Lebensmittel so dass bei einer Anreise am Samstag nicht direkt ein Lebensmittelmarkt gesucht werden muss. Von Orciano Pisana aus können gut viele Ausflüge in Städte der Region oder ans Meer gemacht werden. Aufs Auto kann dabei nicht verzichtet werden. Die fünf Sterne finde ich voll gerechtfertigt. Es war ein toller Urlaub im Herbst 2022.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Toskana verbracht. Simone hat uns viele Tips für einen Ausflüge und zu seinem Lieblingsstrand gegeben. Der Ort ist perfekt, um die Toskana zu erkunden und die ländliche Toskana zu erleben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist gut für Selbstversorger mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett ist wunderbar bequem. Das Bad mit der großen Dusche bietet viel Platz. Der Anschluß an die Nachbarstiere, der Hund Ettore und die Katzen, hat hervorragend geklappt :-). Auch zu der Nachbarsfamilie hatten wir trotz der Sprachbarrieren einen tollen Kontakt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die nur sehr schmale Terrasse in der Einfahrt. Vielen Dank, lieber Simone, für die wunderbaren Tage in Deinem Haus in der Toskana. Liebe Grüße T+M

Wir waren 2 Wochen Ende Juli/Anfang August dort und haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Die Wohnung ist modisch eingerichtet und durch die vielen Kerzen, Lampen, Spiegel und Bilder sehr wohnlich und zugleich funktional. Was uns gefehlt hat ist eine Klimaanlage, da es im Hochsommer in dem Appartement sehr heiß wird und auch nachts nicht richtig runterkühlt. Zur Lage: Wer es abgeschieden, bäuerlich und naturnah mag, ist hier richtig. Die Nachbarn sind nett und die Aussicht ist toll! Die Fahrtzeit zum Meer beträgt ca. 24 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Sandstrand etwas länger. In die sehenswerten Städte der Region braucht man 1-2 h. Uns hat Volterra besonders gut gefallen. Der Vermieter Simone ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich mehrfach nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war stets erreichbar. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Er kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste und ermöglicht ihnen einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Unser erster Urlaub nach langem war genau so, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten: sehr erholsam! Die idyllische und sehr ruhige Lage mit Weitblick über die Hügel der Toskana in einem kleinen Ort mit sehr netten Nachbarn (großer Dank an die Nicolinis für die Eier und den selbst gemachten Sangria) tat ihr Übriges dazu. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss und man sollte kurvenreiche und enge Straßen ab können. Die Wohnung war super, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir hätten gar nicht soviel mitbringen müssen. Das Bett war super bequem und es war wirklich überall sehr sauber. Normalerweise bin ich da etwas penibel. Wer gerne mal im Urlaub den TV an macht, tut sich sich vielleicht etwas schwer es sich gemütlich zu machen, aber das war uns eh nicht wichtig. Die Wendeltreppe ist vielleicht für ältere Menschen oder nicht Schwindel freie Personen nicht ganz ideal. Wir haben Simone erst am zweiten Tag kennen gelernt, da wir spät ankamen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts mit Simone war einwandfrei. Wir hatten ein paar Fragen zur Wohnung und er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alles super erklärt. Auch für Tisch Reservierungen tut er alles! ;-) Er war wirklich immer erreichbar, sogar wenn er arbeiten war. Seine Tipps zum parken, essen und einkaufen gehen waren auch hilfreich. Ein Aufenthalt in Simones Appartment ist definitiv zu empfehlen und man kann nichts falsch machen! Auch der Preis war sehr angemessen! Grazie mille Simone per tutto e cordiali saluti!

Wir waren eine Woche in Orciano. Es sind fantastische Ausflugsziele möglich - Strände, Städte etc. Simone ist äußerst zuvorkommend und bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits befüllt. Er steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps.

Wir waren für 8 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Es ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand steht bereit. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt für Tagesausflüge in die schönen Städte der Toskana, das Meer oder die Thermalquelle in Saturnia ! Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig, die Leute sind mega freundlich und total entspannt, besonders Mikele von der Bar- hier kann man wirklich entspannen und den Alltag vergessen. Die kleine Farm, der äußerst freundlichen Familie, vor der Tür versorgte uns mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Eiern und Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion- besser geht es wirklich nicht. Und jetzt zum besten, dem Vermieter, Simone. Man kann es kaum beschreiben, wie liebevoll, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend er ist! Er hat uns zu jeder Zeit mit Tips und Ideen für unsere Ausflüge, Einkäufe, Restaurants usw. geholfen! Als wir ankamen hatte Simone bereits den Kühlschrank mit verschiedensten Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Zusätzlich brachte er uns später noch Wein und Nudeln aus der Region. Da wir uns am Anreisetag verspätet hatten lernten wir Simone erst am 2. Tag kennen. Sofort wurden wir zum Kaffee in der örtlichen Bar eingeladen wo er uns wertvolle tips gab und uns anschließend den Ort zeigte. Er erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden- wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr gut umsorgt! So viel Hingabe und Engagement haben wir noch nirgends erlebt - nochmals vielen Dank dafür Simone!!! Wir kommen definitiv irgendwann wieder zu dir!

We had a wonderful week in Simone’s holiday home. Simone is an excellent host and extremely hospitable. He greeted us on arrival with a tour of the village and coffee in the local bar. Many ideas of places to visit were given to us by Simone. Towns such as Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, Luca, Florence and Siena are all within easy reach by car. Glorious beaches are near by. Simone always had good suggestions for the best places to park. The house has everything you need for a holiday and Simone kindly left a gift of wine and pasta. Fruit and breakfast foods were also left by Simone and were greatly appreciated after a long journey. Once again, many thanks Simone for ensuring we had a lovely time in your accommodation. Ein herzliches und wunderschönes Empfangen durch Willkommensgrüße wie zb Wein und Nudeln aus regionaler Produktion für einen gemütlichen Abend zum Ankommen, sowie verschiedenes zum Frühstücken für die ersten Tage im Kühlschrank! Neben den Leckereien gibt Simone wunderbare und hilfreiche (insider-) Reisetipps und steht für jegliche Fragen stets rasch zur Verfügung! Das Häuschen ist wunderbar gelegen, sowohl für Ausflüge, als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; die Nachbarschaft ist ebenfalls sehr nett! Den meist stressigen Alltag hier zu vergessen, ist keine Schwierigkeit!

We used this appartment as a "base camp" for our trips throughout tuscany. A lot of amazing cities can be visited in less than one hour drive, like Pisa, Lucca, Voltera and Florence. Also the beach is reaonably close. Also really amazing was the owner of the appartment. Not only ishe very kind and hospitable, but he also always does his best to assist with tips and good suggestions. This was so much appreciated and very helpful. The appartment itself is very clean and obviously has been renovated not long ago. All in all, a perfect place to stay if you want visit all the nice places in Tuscany.

Mooier moderne goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning in prachtige omgeving. De gastheer is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Er was veel in de keuken aanwezig om de eerst dag door te komen. Iets te drinken, eten, fruit. Erg fijn en boven verwachting. Een aanrader.

Cara Simone... ti voglio ringraziare per il appartamento meraviglioso. Sei state una persona carnale e affetuoso e molto gentile. Non so come ringraziarti per tutto, Ci hai dato la possibbilita di vedere un pezzo di Paradiso. La toscana e veramente troppo bello. Rimani come sei perche sei stupende. Ci vediamo al piu presto. Mille grazie Es war unbeschreiblich schön. Nur zu empfehlen. Wenn ich 10 Sterne geben könnte ,würde ich sie geben. Die Wohnung ist wie bildlich dargestellt schön,sauber und einfach nur super. We spent almost a week at Orciano Pisano, a beautiful little village within the typical tuscan landscape. Simone was the perfect host. After arrival he helped us with lots of information and even with some small welcome-presents. The house is located in an area where most of the famous cities (like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno or Volterra) can be reached within 1 hour. Thanks to Simone tips we always found the perfect parking spots, in those cities. The house comes perfectly equipped with a beautiful kitchen, big bathroom and a comfy bed. Thanks to Simone we found a really lovely beach just 20 minutes away from the house. We can highly reccomend this house to all people who are planning a visit in Tuscany. You will find a really lovely house in a beautiful setting with a great host. Simone - Thank you very much for this great holiday!

We could not have asked for a better host. Simone is indeed one of a kind - generous, with a golden heart and never running out of precious recommendations. The accommodation was just as described and even better. A cozy, peaceful place with lovely neighbors. The pictures don´t lie. :) Simone, it was an honour to be your guests. The apartment is clean, new and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The apartment is next to the main street of Orciano Pisano and interesting places in Tuscany or even farer away (like Cinque Terre) can be easily reached by car. Simone was very friendly, he put some food in the fridge and fruit and wine on the table to welcome us. Moreover, he showed us the centre of Orciano Pisano and gave us advice where to park the car for visiting cities in the surrounding. The view from the window leads to the street and another house, but we had a nice walk in the landscape around Orciano Pisano. I would only suggest someone coming in the winter season to bring some warm socks, the floor in the living room was still a little cold in the beginning of march ;-)

Simone Barsotti is a great guy. Our first night there was a tornado, the first in the area according to neighbors, and we lost TV and Internet. We also lost hot water so Simone took us to his personal house for a shower. His suggestions for places to go were spot on. Our first night I texted him from a pizza place in Orciano Pisano and he came and met us enjoying a procecco while we talked. We found him so nice to be around we offered him one of our extra bedrooms or the two bedroom mother-in-law apartment in the basement if he comes to Atlanta. The property is so well situated that we did day trips to Sienna, Livorno, and two other places my wife would remember the name of. I remember every "old city" is a walk up hill. Sienna had 8 escalators and it was still a walk but if you go there stop in the coffee shop by the parking where the escalators are. Those guys are hilarious with signs on the wall and real artist on top of the cappuccino. If we go back to Italy we will stay in Orciano Pisano with Simone again. The flat was very clean and everything was as described. The equipment of the flat was perfect. Everything you need for all day life. Orciano Pisano is a peaceful place perfect for relaxing and getting new energy. You can reach by car easily all famous places like Pisa, Volterra, Bolgheri... Simone is a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and support at any time. He really took care of us. Grazie, Simone. Coming back to Tuscany we will stay again at his appartement. Now our stay is over and we have to leave. We always will remember with a great smile.

Wat hebben wij genoten van ruim twee weken in Orciano Pisano! Bij aankomst waren de koelkast en de voorraadkast gevuld met benodigdheden voor de eerste dag(en). Er stond een grote schaal met vers fruit voor ons klaar, op tafel stond een fles wijn. We voelden ons meteen erg welkom! De inrichting is erg compleet, voor een dagje naar het strand is er zelfs gedacht aan strandlakens en een parasol. De huiseigenaar is ongelooflijk! We kregen de eerste dag een rondleiding in het dorp en deskundige uitleg ivm bezienswaardigheden, tips over parkeermogelijkheden, ... Simone is uiterst hulpvaardig zonder opdringerig te zijn. Bij de buren kan je terecht voor eieren en verse groenten, overheerlijk! Vanuit Orciano Pisano zijn veel steden gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor een daguitstap: Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Livorno, Firenze, S.Giminiano, Bolgheri, Siena, ... Ook is de kust vlakbij voor een ontspannend dagje aan zee. 's Avonds kwamen we steeds heerlijk tot rust in ons gezellige huisje, dat met veel liefde is ingericht met nieuwe meubels. Een absolute aanrader!

Schon als wir ankamen, worden wir sehr herzlich vom Vermieter begrüßt. Der Kühlschrank wurde extra für uns ein wenig gefüllt, so konnten wir den ersten Urlaubstag entspannt anfangen. Einen frischen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein waren ebenfalls im Apartment. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlernen und Kaffee, zeigte man uns noch ein wenig die Gegend. Das Dorf ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber dafür sind die Leute dort sehr nett und die Landschaft ist wunderschön, perfekt um vom Arbeitsalltag zu entspannen. Das Apartment ist einfach ein Traum, für zwei Personen ist es perfekt. Es ist dort alles sehr sauber und in der Küche findet man alles was man so brauch. Durch die hilfreichen Tipps, vom Vermieter, konnten wir auch öfters kostenlos in den verschiedenen Städten parken. Der Strand ist nur wenige Kilometer vom Haus entfernt, genauso wie Pisa und Livorno, nach Florenz ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Am besten hat uns aber Volterra gefallen, die Stadt ist auch nur eine Stunde entfernt und ist mit ihrer Altstadt und den vielen kleinen Geschäften wirklich sehenswert und zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche dort wirklich genossen und würden das Apartment jedem Pärchen empfehlen das den Alltagsstress hinter sich lassen möchte. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und nett. Wir würden dort auch gerne wieder Urlaub machen! Danke!

This is a special property and allowed us to have a wonderful vacation! The apartment is stunning with a beautiful kitchen and dining area, and lovely modern bathroom and bedroom. We were blown away when we walked in! The location is ideal. We made easy day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Siena, and Florence and came home each day to a glass of wine in the peaceful countryside. Simone is a wonderful host, he made us feel very at home by providing us with wine and fresh fruit on our arrival, and even showing us around the town on our first day. He was a wealth of knowledge about local things to do, and parking solutions in the bigger towns. His kindness made our trip extra special. We would recommend this property to any of our friends and family visiting Tuscany, and we hope to be back!

Wir wollten Urlaub mit echtem italienischen Lebensgefühl, und das haben wir auch bekommen. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf, in dem noch alles authentisch ist. Es gibt Kirche, Dorfladen, Fleischer, Pizzeria, eine kleine "Bar", in der sich die Einheimischen täglich treffen. Die Menschen sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Besonders unser Vermieter, der uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und das Appartement gezeigt hat. Er hat uns auch sehr viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben. Überhaupt war er jederzeit für uns ansprechbar, was wir sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Das Appartement geht über 2 Etagen und ist sehr modern als auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung standen auch gleich Wein, Obst, Nudeln und viele andere Köstlichkeiten bereit. Man kann also sofort mit der Erholung beginnen. Dieses Appartement würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Orciano Pisano ist ein schönes kleines Dorf inmitten der Toskana. Dort liegt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße die zweigeschössige Ferienwohnung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserem Vermieter herzlich begrüßt. Er hatte uns eine Grundausstattung typischer italienischer Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. In diesem, vor kurzem renovierten kleinen Haus, waren wir die ersten Gäste. Alles war neu und unbenutzt. Zusätzlich erhielten wir eine umfangreiche Übersicht mit möglichen Ausflugszielen, Supermärkten, Restaurants und weiteren Insiderempfehlungen. Unser Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Toskana mit vielen kulturellen Erkundungen in der Region und entspannenden Tagen am Meer.
