Situated at the top of the Champsaur valley, our rustic 50m2 apartment can be found in the midst of the breathtaking Hautes-Alpes! Enjoying both the sunny atmosphere of the Southern French Alps and the cascading snowfalls from the Écrins mountain range, this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning ski vacation. Only 38 km away from Gap, Orcieres Merlette successfully combines the modern equipment and infrastructure of a large-scale ski resort, with the friendly atmosphere of a traditional mountain village. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 3 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has1 BEDROOM with a comfortable Double bed You'll also find a Sleeping Alcove with bunk beds. There's also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate 2 additional guests. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. There's also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens!

Get ready in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC.

After skiing, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV or connect with loved ones over the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Enjoy all your meals at the separate dining table.

A fully-refundable damage deposit of €300/apartment and a small daily tourist tax and eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) included! Please let us know upon reservation if you would like to bring a pet along with you and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of €60/stay or €12/night for stays under 7 nights.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder.
