Border of Zion NP! 5 bed, 5.5 bath, private hot tub! JULY/AUGUST PRICE DROP!

This secluded, quiet, NEW Mountain home--located just east of the Zion National Park boundary--has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a spacious gathering area and loft. The home is 3475 sqft. The wrap around porch with swing and connecting deck provides access to stunning views. The deck is also perfect for grilling and lounging, before jumping in the Arctic Spa hot tub. The property is conveniently located to numerous Zion's hiking trails, including Mesa Trail, (Observation Point), East Rim, Cable Mountain, Deer Trap Mountain, Jolley Gulch, and Checkerboard Mesa overlook. Includes 2 car garage, laundry room, and large TVs in every room. Activities for everyone--horseshoes, tetherball, ping pong, and cornhole. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage to accommodate large groups.

Prices for this home are based on a 10 person stay. For groups over 10 guests, there is an additional $10 per person nightly fee.

We are within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Resort pass price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

Wonderful!
What a fantastic property, everything was as described and prepared to exacting standards. The house in centrally located in easy reach of Zion and Bryce. We had the most wonderful vacation enjoying everything the area has to offer, hiking in Zion and Bryce, great shops in Kanab & Springdale, Crimson slot canyon, canyoning, horseback riding, Coral Sands UTV rides. Amazing Stay
Group of six adults and five children stayed for five nights - we wish we could have stayed longer! Phenomenal house in a great location. Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this lovely home.

Beautiful and clean!
Well appointed, very clean, and laid out nicely. Worked well for our group of two families with teen daughters. Convenient hike to checkerboard mesa lookout point from yard. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking! Beautiful and relaxing environment. Note: grocery shop in Hurricane, not Springdale, if you are stocking up for a few days/for family. The Springdale market is smaller, fairly well stocked, but very expensive compared to a normal grocery store. Example: standard cereal cost $10 a box.

Ultimate Utah Vacation
We had the best time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. It snowed unexpectedly on our trip and the hosts came by to sweep down the deck and clear the driveway to make sure that the grounds were safe for us. Trying to figure out a way to return to Utah and stay at the house again. Thanks so much!

Best VRBO experience so far
We met some of our family for a Thanksgiving week in the Zion/Bryce area. The home was perfect for us. A well designed home with thoughtful amenities. The host(s) warm, welcoming and professional. Trails out the back door with great views. Area is secluded but that’s what we wanted! I wish it were closer so we could stay more frequently.

Zion Home
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was immaculate. All the rooms are spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is very well stocked. This house is located close to the east entrance of Zion National Park. It is in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood. We chose this location because it is also closer to Bryce Canyon National Park, about a 90 minute drive. Zion and Bryce are both spectacular, and both are a must see. The hosts of this property, Logan and Kraig, are fabulous. They provide great suggestions of hikes to do in both parks, activities nearby, and restaurant recommendations. They responded quickly to any questions asked and were a pleasure to work with. We did many great hikes in Zion and in Bryce. We also drove up to Kolob Canyon. Most of that part of the park is currently closed due to road damage, but one hike was open, Taylor Creek. This was a beautiful 5 mile roundtrip hike that we highly recommend. Always check the National Park website for the most up to date information on road or trail closures in any of the parks. We spent our days soaking up the gorgeous scenery and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub gazing at the stars. We hope to return to this unique and special place, and if we do, we would stay in this home.

Zion vacation
My family stayed at this home for a week of hiking and exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. We were all very impressed by this beautiful home and property. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with more than we expected. All the appliances that I have at home, were here. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Utah. The property managers were very timely with their responses and were incredibly nice people.
