“Very laid back staff and clean hotel. Our room was very clean and we really enhoied the pool. The breakfast was pretty good as well.”

“While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.”

“The rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful and very polite. The breakfasts always give a big variety of anything you would want. The casino is amazing, everyone there is so polite, the casinos restaurants are great we would highly recommend going you won’t regret it!!!!!!”

“Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.”

“The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. “It just seemed like maintenance was lacking a little and not much had been fixed/upgraded since we had been there 4 years ago.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!”

“We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!”

“Our room was very dirty with cracker crumbs on the floor and something sticky on the night stand with hair stuck in it. I reported this and was just offered a 10% discount. They charged us $16 for parking that was supposed to be free. When we questioned it they said it would be removed but has not after a week and a half.”
