“Swimming pool was closed (not informed beforehand). Half the equipment in the gym did not work (3 treadmills all out of order). The Chinese restaurant on site was closed every day during our stay (Thurs-Sat). The all-day coffee shop was barely staffed. The bar was never open. The air conditioning did not work. This hotel promises a lot but delivered a very poor experience. ”

“For sure the best stay in town. Room conditions and breakfast are just ok (nice views from the top - even if not much to see :) , but again, you need to consider the environment. Some of the staff speaks a tiny bit of English, and they are super helpful. One of them even drove us to the Lamassery out of town at a competitive price.”
