“Room was updated and the mini fridge was a larger one that allowed for more stuff to fit in it which is awesome helped save money not having to dine out. However this trip the hot tub was closed for repairs so if you are looking for a place with a hot tub I would call first to see if it’s open. ”

I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“Pretty much everything. The soaking pool, fantastic food, room was excellent, had a great, quiet nights sleep. Enjoyed Lucky’s. The wine tasting was wonderful, wanted to head back for live music, but so much to do and enjoy. Staff was nice and helpful. Could not have had a better time celebrating my 77th birthday. ”
