“The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for walking around downtown. We had breakfast in the Recess restaurant, which was superb. We will be back!”

“We were surprised by poor service at The Heathman. Housekeeping, in particular, was lacking. The first day our towels were refreshed, but the beds left unmade and the coffee supplies were not replenished. I called the front desk to specifically request housekeeping for the following day to make sure they knew we wanted our room attended to and that we needed more creamer. Despite the request, the following day housekeeping did not come at all and when I called to complain the front desk did not...
