The Space:

Enjoy a beautiful open concept with a large family room, kitchen and dining area. You will have private access to the back yard. You will share the 3 car garage with the basement guests who have their own private access to the basement apartment. You will have the luxury of parking in the 2 car garage.



Room 1 - King

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an in room TV, a set of bunk beds as well las a crib. It also has an en-suite.



Room 2 - King

This bedroom has a king be as well as an in room TV.



Room 3 - Full

This room had a full bed as well as an in room TV



Rooms 2 and 3 share the Hall bathroom.



All rooms have plenty of luxury towels and bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



The family room has a large screen TV and in the entry way is a really fun shuffleboard game!!



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make you feel at home. Coffee and flour and sugar and some spices are also provided.



Guest Access:

You will share the 3 car garage with the basement guests who have their own private access to the basement apartment. You will have the luxury of parking in the 2 car garage which I also how you will gain access to the Main floor of the house.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet.



Other Things to Note:

Our neighbors are not fans of short term rentals so we ask that you please park and unload your cars in the garage. When socializing, please use our private backyard. If a neighbor approaches you, no need to carry on a "nice" conversation as thy are just fishing to see how to find problems with our short term stay guests.



Interaction with Guests:

I allow our guests private, self checkin and if you do not need me in person, you will have the Main Floor to your self throughout your stay. However, I do not live far and am happy to answer any questions or needs that you have via messaging or to stop by to help with any needs that may arise.
