If you love trail running, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, shopping, movies or just relaxing this is the place for you.

Very close to I-15, Sundance, Provo Canyon, UVU and BYU.

You will feel right at home in this fully furnished basement apartment. You will have everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay with a large family room, dining area, kitchen and washer/dryer.

This is a new, basement apartment. It is furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. CLEAN, convenient, and just perfect. Gracious hosts. We were there visiting family. It had a gathering area that allowed us to share a meal and visit as a group and then let everyone disburse to their own homes for sleeping. We’d definitely want to stay here again.

We needed something that was close and convenient to get to BYU and the freeway, and this location was perfect. The condo was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, and the check-in/out process was simple.

My husband was first to the property and texted me "this place is nice." I agree. Nice kitchen. House nicely labeled. Nice washer/dryer. Lots of extra blankets. Great communication with the property manager. Quick responses.Great location in Utah county. Would recommend.

Things we loved about this property included the spacious living area, the large kitchen, and the convenient location. The dining and living room area are large and easily accommodated our party of six. We were able to watch movies, play games, cook, and build puzzles together in the living space without feeling crowded. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants and UVU. The apartment also is well-lit and has lots of natural light. Some of the other reviews mentioned noise issues. Here is our perspective and experience. It is a basement apartment and there was some noise that we expected and felt was normal. The HVAC (it is a bit louder) and upper floor noise never interfered with our activities during the day or sleep at night. The communication with the host was outstanding and he was quick to respond to any of our questions. We will not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay in this comfy basement apartment! The kitchen and family room are spacious, the kitchen is stocked and even has kids cups, plates. There is a pack & play which was so handy for napping grandbabies! Loved the full-size washer and dryer also. Beds and bedding were also very comfortable We will be staying here again for sure!

Clean! New! Beautiful place. We loved the clean linens, fully stocked kitchen, quality TP/kleenex. Very spacious layout. We wished we lived there permanently. 😊There is motion sensor lighting outside to light your entrance. We enjoyed complimentary snacks upon arrival. The owner communicates and solves problems quickly. (No hairdryer was present but they provided one). Our only complaint was that the air intake on the a/c unit was noisy.

Everything was very straight forward in the description right down to where to park. I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail. I'll likely seek out this same home when visiting this area in the future.

We loved this basement suite!! It was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. We were close to everything. The suite was clean,fresh, spacious and bright and so cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We especially loved the drawer full of kids dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer is always a bonus. Checking in and out was easy. Off street parking is a plus!! For a basement suite we were impressed with how quiet it was. We did hear the occasional footsteps from above but it was never loud or distracting. Bathroom and shower were stocked with the essentials and plenty of towels. Our family loved our stay here. We will definitely continue to book this place whenever we are in the area!

We really liked our stay in the apartment of Steven! The apartment is new, modern, cosy and has everything we needed. The location is great, close to stores and restaurants, but also to the Provo canyon. The only downside we have experienced is that it’s quite noisy. At some points very noisy, which for us unfortunately was quite disturbing. The hosts were very helpful and kind! They responded quickly on any questions. My EU hairdryer didn’t work, so I could even borrow one.
