This was the perfect stay for us. The host was great and responsive- so easy to work with. My daughter forgot her most prized possession- a stuffed bunny- and the host is working with me to get it back to her. So grateful. The apartment is wonderful- no complaints. The air conditioner, in the blazing Utah summer, worked extra great and was such a blessing.

6/10 Soddisfacente

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e comunicazione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
The property has amazing potential but needs some attention. Shower was dirty. Linens were left in the dryer from the previous visitor. The kitchen and bathroom layout are poorly arranged. Various items left in the fridge and cabinets. The host needs to clean up the yard outside of the Vrbo. There is an old camper shell, broken shade panels, and weeds outside of the back door. There is a RV parked in the front carport with broken blocks and bricks under it. Instead of a fence, the host painted a couple of pieces of plywood to create a section of fencing in the front driveway. Honestly two days of elbow grease and a little bit of care, the property could be so much better. I appreciated a prompt response to questions from the host, but attention to detail could easily make this a $200/night stay.

The apartment was clean & in a quiet neighborhood, with a little front patio that we enjoyed hanging out at while the weather was so nice! Bernarda was very sweet & prompt with communication. Needed to replace a frying pan & she had a new one to me within hours. The area is gorgeous & so close to all sorts of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, very close to Utah Lake!

Our stay was great! My wife and i stayed here for the duration of our honeymoon, and it was a great centralized location for us! There is enough cooking ware, but it could do with a bit more, and needs a broom, but other than those 2 things we had a great stay!

Parking was easy & secure. Privacy was vey good. Comfortable bed & everything we needed was provided.Only two issues: 1)body wash dispenser was not working. We had to reach in & scoop out body wash. 2) We had some difficulty with the entry lock. It took up to 3X before it finally opened.Otherwise, we enjoyed the unit very much. We would rent again in the future.

The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child.

Just as good the second time around

I enjoyed my second stay at this residence as much as my first one. For people who prize their autonomy over the fake glitz of hotel, this is so much more economical.

Short and Sweet

The apartment was great. It was bigger than expected and it was centrally located for all my needs. They even have extra supplies if you forget anything. I hope to stay again, but they do book out fast and even months in advance.
