“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“Honestly wasn’t what I’m used to we weren’t greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink or someone to take our bags we had to approach staff for everything no one came to us at all. No room service limited restaurants. And all inclusive is not so all inclusive overall I love the island itself outside of the resort. Our room was huge we had the 1bedroom suite. “We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. The Villa was also nicely located so we’re weren’t right in the craziness, but a short drive away. But, there were somethings that took away from our experience.
