    Situato nel Residence Mont Vernon, questo complesso eccezionale offre vista libera su Orient Beach, St. Barth e Tintamarre, seduti nel comfort della vostra terrazza privata. Godetevi la vostra vacanza in una spaziosa 850 piedi quadrati di lusso in studio, a pochi passi dal mare e la piscina, dove si può ascoltare il suono rilassante del mare all'interno del apt.

    Decorato con un tocco balinese, questo complesso di grandi dimensioni ha un letto king size in teak progettato su misura, cucina di fascia alta con frigorifero full size con freezer e fabbricatore di ghiaccio di fondo, un piano cottura a induzione a quattro fuochi, Meile lavastoviglie, due zone wine cooler "Cruset" pots & pentole, bicchieri di vino di cristallo, "Fiesta Ware" piatti e posate di design.

    Il bagno ha un 7 ft cabina doccia con due docce fisse e portatili, la pioggia in testa, spray per il corpo, e panca in teak. La vanità 8 'ha un piano di marmo deserto di pietra con 2 lavandini, ognuna con specchi regolabili e un sacco di spazio.

    La zona giorno è arredata con mobili antichi balinese. Completare con un unico nel suo genere, intagliato a mano daybed teak, tavolino, zona salotto, un tavolo da pranzo unica con sedie moderne in teak e mozzafiato buffet antichi.

    Il condominio è dotato di DSL ad alta velocità, radio Bose Wave con orologio e dock per iPod, TV a schermo piatto con Apple TV, asciugacapelli, ferro arricciacapelli, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e forno. Inoltre forniamo ai nostri ospiti con asciugamani da spiaggia, sedie 4 2 sdraio, ombrellone da spiaggia e un telefono cellulare locale per la loro convenienza.

    Questa unità offre un ambiente eccezionale sia per una fuga romantica, l'appassionato di sport d'acqua avventuroso, o semplicemente per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante al sole. Wonderful weeks in paradise!

The best part of this rental was the location: next to the largest pool on the island with an unobstructed view of the ocean!The unit is nicely furnished. The kitchen, dining area, and bedroom (very comfortable bed) are one large, open-concept design, and very spacious! We like to cook, so we were happy with the well-equipped kitchen and good-quality pots and appliances. Beyond the usual salt and pepper, we found an array of spices and oils, coffee, and tea; this was very helpful. The large walk-in shower with nice dark green stone tiles makes this bathroom super, as is the rest of the unit.We really enjoyed our time here and are already planning our return next year!

Loved Balinese decor and view

Alex made sure we were comfortable. Sofia was there to meet us and showed us around the unit. Not his fault, but we chose this property because photos showed a great pool for my husband, an avid swimmer. It is under construction and probably ready in the next few weeks. Oriental Bay provides a gorgeous view and nice 10 minute walk on the beach to the village at one end with all sorts of shops and delicious restaurants. But the beach has a very rough surf. This is the Atlantic side after all and only wind surfers ventured into the water. Maybe this was unusual weather?

Beach front extra large studio

My husband and I just returned from our two wks vacation in Orient bay. We have been renting in Mt Vernon complex for the past ten years. This studio is located in one of the best bld. It is double size compare to other similar properties in this complex. The view is magnificent. The studio is tastefully decorated and has all modern amenities. The bed is king size and has a very comfortable mattress. It has two quite air conditioners. The shower is also extra large and has several water jets. It has oversized patio where you have direct ocean view and can enjoy the sunset. We were warned by the owner that the swimming pool and tennis court are still under repairs after Irma. Both, the owner, Alex and the manager, Sofia were very accommodating. The apartment was stocked with refreshments, snacks and coffee upon our arrival. I definitely would like to rent it next year. The place is perfect for the couple, perhaps with one child.

Perfect, Ideal and a very relaxing stay in a great condo

We found the condo to be exactly as it was represented in the pictures and description. Everything we needed was available. The condo is just steps from the pool and a few more to the beach. From the patio you have a beautiful view of the pool, The Caribbean and the white sand beach in-between. We only used the A/C about half of the time we were there because of the nice ocean breezes you can have through the condo in the evening. This condo was recently updated and it shows with all very nice high end appliances and furnishings. The king size bed is very comfortable and it seems even larger than a king size. We agree that we would love to stay here again when we return to St. Maartin.

Great place to stay on St Martin's Orient Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this condo during our recent trip to St Martin. Only steps from the beach, this unit was well equipped for everything we needed for our week-and-a half long trip. The Mt Vernon complex has a nice pool, is well maintained, and was quiet. The condo's patio was great for relaxing, enjoying a drink, and listening to the surf. The beach in front of the complex was sparsely crowded with plenty of room. The owner checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was OK. After staying there, it was clear the owner is very considerate of the needs of his guests. We highly recommend this unit and would stay there again in the future.

Great studio and location

There is only good to say about this studio. If not the best location in Mont Vernon, it is in the top three. Great view of the pool and beach with easy access from the ground floor slider to both. The studio was equipped with nearly everything one could desire with the exception of a microwave for re-heating the wonderful cuisine from the near-by restaurants. It was clean, the bed comfortable, nice shower (once we figured out how to make it work) and everything worked well. The only small downside was that for us, there was not comfortable seating in the studio. A nice chair, or two, to allow one to sit and enjoy the view from inside would be a great addition. Outside, the Mont Vernon complex is a little time worn and could use some maintenance. Although there was a bit of a walk from the parking, it was not difficult, and parking was always available. The owner, Alex, and local manager, Desmond, were available via the supplied local cell phone, and both checked on us through our stay to make sure all was well. We used the rental car company recommended by Alex (Justice) and owner Marcus was very nice. The only glitch was that he forgot we were coming and we waited a bit before he came and picked us up at the airport, but all worked out. There are some very good restaurants in nearby Orient Village (check TripAdvisor) as well as on the beach (but hours on the beach businesses were limited in many cases to before 5pm). We did a island boat tour with Captain Bob--despite the wind limiting where we could go, we had a blast but the snorkeling was not great. I would rent this studio from Alex in a second if returning to the island. There is not enough space for me to continue with the positives, but this was a great trip with a awesome location to base from!

Great place to spend a week

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location within the Mont Vernon complex is one of the best as it is less than 100 yards from the entrance to the beach. The front terrace was perfect for evening cocktails and listening to the waves crash in. There are a few cats in the complex that like to come by expecting to be fed which was initially an issue as my wife has cat allergies, but fortunately after being shooed away a few times they seemed to get the message. Alex was very responsive and checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking. The digital shower was wonderful once we figured out how to use it (the settings knob requires some effort to twist) and doesn't have any of the hot water/pressure issues we have encountered at other units. The kitchen had about everything you would need for quick meals and the wave radio was a plus. The only minor criticism we had was to replace the pillows which seemed flat and worn. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and would definitely consider booking this unit again on our next trip.

We had such a great vacation at this perfectly located, beautiful condo.

We loved our stay in this condo located just steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed for ten days and had such a wonderful time exploring the area with local restaurants, shops and grocery store within a ten minute walk on the beach. The pool was very nice and was well maintained every day. The beach on our end was not crowded, but some days we walked a little ways up the beach and sat at the beach bar/restaurants which had more people. The chairs cost $10 each or if you ate lunch there, they didn't charge us. We took a little boat over to Pinel Island one day and really enjoyed our time there snorkeling. One day we went on a sailboat excursion around the island of Anguilla and REALLY enjoyed that. One day we hiked up to Pic Paradis and the view from up there was breathtaking. We rented a car from Marcus at Justice Rental who both picked us up and took us back to the airport. Being able to drive around the island was really nice but the traffic can be really bad at times. We ate several times in Grand Case and really enjoyed that, the local restaurants there were great. There is a lovely church on the main street in Grand Case where we attended Mass on Sunday and loved it. The people were very welcoming and friendly. We took a ferry over to St. Barth's and rented a four-wheeler and toured the island and beautiful beaches. Most of all my husband and I cannot begin to convey our gratitude to Alex, the manager of the condo, for being so good at getting back to us when we had questions or concerns. He went over and beyond for us and it really meant a lot that he was so helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and hope to return one day with our family.

A wonderful, beach side getaway

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas at Alex's place which was beautifully situated very close to Orient Beach. Fresh baguettes and croissants were but a 10 minute walk along the shore to French cafes. The apartment is very nicely appointed with everything you'd need during your stay. One thing I will mention is that there is only a small toaster oven should you need to bake or broil anything. It's worth driving to Grande Marche to get groceries as the nearer market is a tad lacking and there are horrendous lineups. One absolutely must rent a vehicle and I would definitely recommend a car since it does rain rather often on the island - sporadically and short in duration, but not something you want to get stuck in on a moped. The bed is king sized and comfortable if you enjoy a very firm mattress. It was really nice to be able to sit out on the patio and drink wine while enjoying the lapping sounds of the wave . Overall, highly recommended. We had a wonderful tim .

Relaxing Vacation in Saint Maarten

We stayed and relaxed for two weeks! Although the complex itself in in need of some TLC, the unit was as described and very clean. Alex was in touch when we had internet problems and was fixed asap. Desmond met us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is also very lovely. Seaweed is a problem at this end of Orient Beach, but was being worked on while we were there. Definately rent a car and we were happy with Justice as recommended by Alex as well. Saint Maarten and their people is a wonderful place to vacation. Would return again.

A million dollar view on Orient Beach

We were so happy when we arrived at the apartment to find all of the description and pictures very accurate and then some! The first hour we arrived Alex was calling to welcome us to the island and ensuring everything was ok and offering his service 24/7. The studio was well equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable home like environment. It was so nice to be on the ground level, it made very convenient access to pool and beach. The property is very private and safe with 24 hour security, this made us feel very comfortable. Just a short walk down Orient Beach we found everything we needed. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the beach to get freshly squeezed juice and baguette. I would highly recommend a car rental if you want to take in all of the beauty of St. Martin as well as a ferry ride over to Anguilla, it's just spectacular!! Our 33 days spent in Alex's condo has been memorable and we are now planning for our return trip back in the fall. I would without hesitation recommend this property... I hope you enjoy as much as we have!!! Halifax, NS

Amazing View!

This place is exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The views from the double sliders of the beach and beautiful water were amazing. I wasn't even sad to come off the beach in the evenings, knowing I could take a snack out to the terrace and still enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. The shower was also delightful! Desmond met us when we got there the evening of 4/2 (we rented a car from Marcus as suggested) and showed us the room and gave us the cell phone to use while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

A week of beauty and tranquility

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property on Orient Beach. It was just as described and even nicer than the photos provided. The studio apartment was beautifully furnished and every amenity provided right down to a cell phone for local calls if needed. The view was spectacular. We awakened every morning to the sound of the ocean and to unobstructed views of the most beautiful beach on the island. Alex provided outstanding customer service and went to great lengths to make sure our needs were met. His response time was immediate. The property is extremely well located and a 10 minute drive to Grand Case, the gourmet capital of St. Martin. Very good wine stores and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive from the property. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and plan to return in the near future.

Perfect studio on the beach.

This ground floor studio overlooks the ocean and the pool. It is located just at the end of Orient Beach, far enough from the commotion to be quiet but just a few minutes walk up to restaurants, sporting activities, etc. The apartment is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The area is just 10 minutes from Grand Case for great restaurants and 5 minutes from a large grocery store. Alex set us up with Justice Car Rental which worked out great. They even came within the hour to jump our car at no charge after we accidentally left the lights on. The condo complex is quiet, but also great for families. Parking is convenient and there is Security personnel on the property. I highly recommend this unit and this property.

A wonderful studio; patio has a spectacular view.

We escaped NYC's brutal winter with a week's stay at this lovely condo. We kicked off every day with an hour's walk on the beach of Orient Bay, followed by swimming laps in the pool. Then breakfast on the patio. It's a two minute walk to the pool; an additional two minutes to the beach. We would go out and about during the day, and then return to the studio in the late afternoon. Many times we took another walk on the beach. Always we cooked dinner and ate it on the patio as the sun set. There are dozens of cats that "belong" to the complex, and we were visited by 4 or 5 every evening. This made the patio even more enjoyable. When you open all the windows, the cross-ventilation is wonderful, and a brisk sea breeze streams through the apartment. The furnishings are unique, the bed is comfortable, and the deluxe kitchen has everything a serious chef could wish for. There is an excellent French super-market a 10-minute drive from the studio. We returned to NYC utterly relaxed, and look forward to visiting again. One word of advice: you need to rent a car to get the most out of St. Martin. There is ample parking for the entire complex.
