We visited for a family beach holiday and we could not have been happier with the property or host. Sophie was very responsive to our questions and offered excellent insights to the local restaurants and attractions. The location of the house is the perfect combination of being near the beach (less than 5 minutes walking) without being too close to suffer from the evening noise of weekend parties. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed using the pool. I highly recommend this property.

Five stars all around! The villa is spacious with well appointed amenities, beautifully landscaped grounds and a location that cannot be beat! Orient Beach is the perfect mix of peace and quiet with a lively restaurant scene, tasty bakery, grocer, and specialty food and butcher shop. It’s like a taste of France with the Caribbean flair! Sophie is a great property manager and is very kind and responsive. I would certainly come back!

The villa was beautiful (!) and the property manager Sophie was wonderful! The microwave wasn't working and the washing machine was very loud. She contacted the property owner in Paris and both appliances were replaced the next day! You can't get any better service than that. She also coordinated everything with the car rental company who also provided the van transfers to/from the airport. The rooms, beds, bathrooms, pool, A/C, and views were all beautiful. The walk to the beach and restaurants was easy.

Our host, Sophie, was outstanding. Very responsive to any needs we had, lovely to work with, super helpful. Also, one thing that really matters to me is that the house is stocked with basics like laundry detergent, soap, TP, and of course we replace as needed. This house was very well equipped in that sense and had loads of whatever we could need in the kitchen in terms of plates, cups, etc. This is a beautiful house and we highly recommend it.

La villa est parfaitement équipée, la literie est excellente, et chaque détail contribue à une expérience véritablement haut de gamme.Un immense merci à Sophie, une hôte exceptionnelle, pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. La communication a été fluide du début à la fin, et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et parfaitement pris en charge tout au long du séjour.Nous recommandons également très vivement le service de taxi de Noel (590 690 77 44 77), qui a été tout simplement incroyable. Best place for a true time-out

We had a wonderful stay at Villa bel'Vue in Orient Bay. The house is beautiful, well planned out, and has everything you need to really relax. Private bedrooms with en suite baths. A great kitchen, a beautiful pool and deck, airy living room, dining inside and outside. Very private. We didn't have a car and werevery comfortable. Beach, shops, and restaurants are 5 minutes walking. Great supermarket clise by. Best breakfast too. Everything you need. Sophie is incrediblely lovely and otganized. You couldn't ask for more. A!

One of the best vacations we have had

This is an amazing villa. Super clean, very well kept and modern. The house manager Sophie could not be better than this. She is very welcoming and helpful. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Saint Martin and a very short walk to the best beaches and beach clubs on the Island. The restaurants are excellent and there is a lot to choose from.

A Lovely Week in St. Martin

Fantastic property. We really loved it. Sophie was a wonderful host. Helpful and always on call. The property is close to dining and many activities. You are about a 10 minute walk and very safe and private. We loved the house and the area so much. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property. It was an excellent set up for our family, including two teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The house was exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean and islands in the distance was beautiful from the elevated deck. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for us. We had a short walk down to the beach and town square with restaurants, shops, and a little market. The property manager was in contact with us throughout our stay and made check in/check out very easy. Highly recommend!

Great property and location

Villa Bel'vue is just as lovely as the pictures and description implies. The villa is clean, well equipped and spacious both inside and outside. We (family of 5, 3 teenagers) enjoyed that is was only a short walk down to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops that Orient Bay offers. The French influence is strong and it shows up in the excellent food served everywhere...strolling down to buy the EUR1.50 fresh baguette at the local baker along with some croissants and a coffee became a nice morning routine. We did not rent a car and we never had any issues finding a taxi for the 5 of us whether in Orient Bay or elsewhere. There are plenty of activities offered in and around Orient Bay and we enjoyed jet-skiing, sailing, kayaking to Pinel (where snorkeling is a must) as well as a great dinner in Grand Case one night. We all enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants!

The property pictures don’t do this place justice! The house is beautifully located on the hillside where you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and neighboring islands. The layout is perfect for a family wanting to spread out into three bedrooms, three adult couples, or a combo of folks (we had a family of four and a friend). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, large closet, outside porch access, and gorgeous view of the island. The home decor and lighting was an added bonus. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our four and six year old walked to the beach every day, but you could also drive and park if needed. Sophie, the house manager, is attentive and made sure we had a fabulous stay! I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Christmas holiday!

We had a wonderful three-generation stay in St. Martin at this wonderful villa managed by Sophie. Spectacular place to sit on the deck in the evening with cocktails and watch the pink and orange light on the ocean, the blooming tropical plants, and hear the waves. Location is unbeatable. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and cafes in Orient Bay. The six of us could all be on our schedule -- early risers at the beach, teens sleeping in and then grabbing smoothies at a cafe, Mom take a walk and getting iced coffee at a different cafe and hitting the beach later. Many days we did not use our car. Many spectacular restaurants right there a few blocks from the house, so we were free to have cocktails and wine and the teens could return to the house on their own. Easy drive to Grand Case. The villa is as beautiful as the photos, and extremely clean. The only two notes: Google maps does not give the correct directions (it tells you to turn uphill at the traffic circle but that road is blocked by planters) so you absolutely should study the directions and map Sophie will send, and look at the roads in your map app, and then merge that together, do not just rely upon app directions. Other thing: one of the bedroom suites has large glass sliding doors in the bathroom, that open onto a private deck. The landscape plantings shield the bathroom from view by neighbors, but the doors are right there. We were fine, but some might be shy or uncomfortable.

Orient bay gem

This property is a true find, stayed over new years 2023-24. Our group was 3 couples. Property has 3 bedrooms each has its own bathroom and a king bed which is a huge plus, The main living area has a dining table, and a huge living room, the added bonus is the outdoor living area which is 2 levels and has another huge dining table, lounge chairs and a sizable plunge pool. The hostess is Sophie, she did an awesome job of communicating, checked in multiple times and even has a video to show you how to find the place. Super easy walk to the ocean, dining and shopping, 5 star stay, highly recommended

April 2023 - Family Vacation

This is a beautiful and very private villa in a quiet neighborhood on a hill just above Orient Village, with a spectacular view to the southeast that includes St. Barthelemy in the distance. I stayed with my daughter and her family that includes two young children. The three bedrooms, large well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, and very nice pool surrounded by a large deck, all worked out perfectly. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, were provided. The WiFi worked well for internet access, and there is a television in each bedroom and the living room (although we found ourselves too busy to watch TV). You can easily walk from the villa to the restaurants and shops in the village, and to the beach, in a few minutes, or the drive takes a minute or two. Part of the walk includes a short but fairly steep hill, so as long as that doesn't present a problem there is no reason to get in the car most of the time. The host, Sophie, made check-in and check-out easy, and was always available for any questions or problems (although there weren't any problems!). I highly recommend this property that can easily accommodate a family or three couples for a perfect vacation.

Dream Villa

This was our first time in St Martin, but will not be our last ! The Villa alone is so amazing! It’s beautiful ! We are so glad we chose to stay in this beautiful villa instead of a hotel. Orient Bay is gorgeous . We have never felt so relaxed. Sophie met us at check in , and also touched base with us during our stay. We could not have had a better experience ! Paradise in Orient Bay

Sophie has spared no expense on this property. Right down to the smallest detail everything is just beautiful. You can not beat the view or the privacy. The breeze coming off the bay meant we didn't even have to turn on the AC just kept the sliding doors open all day. Most comfortable nights sleep on soft bedding and perfect mattress. We had one problem one morning where I tripped a fuse and texted Sophie at 7:00 A.M. and she was there within 10 minutes to help us fix it. If I had any criticism it would be that the hot water in the shower lasted a bit longer. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property, close to the beach and well managed

Our Family of 6 + 1 infant stayed at the property and really enjoyed it. It was clean, safe and very close to the beach. The manager Sophie was really responsive to all our needs including helping use secure a playpen and highchair for our baby so we did not need to bring one. I would definately stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Orient Village

We would highly recommend this Great Property in excellent condition. There was just the 2 of us, but the Villa would be very comfortable for up to 6 adults. Beautiful and private pool area with nice new lounge chairs and a large new umbrella bought just for us! Excellent views from the upper deck. Easy walk to Orient Village restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a great host! A few humble suggestions for the owners to consider: - Internet was spotty on one side of the house. We noticed a wifi extender, but it didn't seem to work. - perhaps a few US satellite channels. We used a vpn on our apple devices to access US football games, but many US based subscription services work differently when out of the US. - hot water in the shower didn't last very long . . . maybe 3-5 minutes. This didn't present much of a bother, but could be improved Overall great Experience!
