The Caraibe Sea villa is a truly spacious holiday home; it can accommodate up to 6 travelers close to Orient Bay beach.

It offers many advantages for a successful holiday with family or friends.

The Caraibe Sea villa is entirely on one level once the small access staircase to the villa has been crossed.

All rooms face the sea.

The Villa is located in the very popular secure residential area of ​​Orient Bay Gardens.

An automatic gate closes access to this 24x24 area which is equipped with CCTV cameras.

The Orient Bay Gardens district is located overlooking the Orient Bay subdivision with a magnificent view from Ilet Pinel to the tip of Orient Bay beach.

The grounds there are very large; the villas are therefore very spaced from each other.

1.5 km away is the large commercial area of ​​Hope Estate with supermarkets, hairdressers, delicatessen and wine shops.

Only 1.6 km from the Villa, 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, is the sublime beach of Orient Bay with:
* its beach restaurants,
* its deckchairs,
* its nautical activities,
* its village square with its night restaurants,
* and also its local shops, such as a mini-market and a bakery.

At 4.5 km, is the very beautiful beach of Grand Case which offers a nice alternative to the beach of Orient Bay with its calmer turquoise waters and its gastronomic restaurants, or its bars at sunset.

A rental car is recommended for getting around Saint-Martin.

They are very affordable and easy to park all over the island, including in front of the Villa.

2025 Vacation

We have been vacationing on the island for twenty years and would have to say that this home is our favorite. It was just as we expected for the description if not more. Will most likely be staying there next year.

Beautiful setting and a lovely house

We had a great vacation in this beautiful well laid out house overlooking the bay. The location is excellent - up the hill but close enough to walk to Orient Beach with all of its stores, restaurants and mile long expanse of beach.The facilities were sleek and modern, the rooms open and welcoming and the view a constant delight. Although the pool is not large it was a pleasure to be able to take the plunge in the morning or after a day at the beach. You could always have a shower in the large indoor/outdoor shower (with ultra shower head). Gilles and his team are always responsive and helpful. This is our second trip staying at one of his properties and we would certainly return!
