Lovely, clean house and property. The pool area and basketball court were great and very well maintained. We were a lot of people and could have used another full bathroom on the second floor but the outdoor shower was helpful. Our host was very accommodating and addressed all our questions and concerns immediately.

This property was great for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 children and a dog. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and the playing on the sports court.

Orient Retreat

Check in could not have been easier. The kitchen was extremely complete and some of the pots and utensils we brought we never used.There was quite a lot of pool toys on site. And the basketball court was very good.

Great house

The house is perfect for a large family with children of various ages. My 12 year old grandson loved the basket ball court and played every night after dinner with his uncles. The pool during the day was glorious . We had to drag the children to the beach which was 5 minutes away. They would have stayed in the pool all week. Once or twice we ventured into Greenport which is a very lovely town about 5 minutes away and had dinner there. The house itself is very well equipped- the kitchen has everything you would need to create a great meal. The house is very comfortable and cozyi I am looking forward to renting it again next year

Orient home

Our family had a wonderful time at this Orient home. Property grounds are beautiful, such a lovely home and area of Orient is so charming, and private. Very clean throughout, well appointed rooms. Kitchen well-equipped. Pool is magnificent. All loved the large-sized basketball court, especially fur-baby. Near all--markets, wineries, golf, fishing, restaurants, etc. Easy communication with host, Nicole. We always love the area. Would consider renting again in the future.

Great stay

The house was great but the back yard was sensational . we enjoyed every inch from the large patio to the pool to the basket ball court. There was something for every age group . My family enjoyed it all especially my grandchildren ages 3 to 12 . And after the children went to bed the adults sat around the fire pit for a lively evening . Great vacation !

The house is situated in a private development, is spacious and well-appointed. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. It is perfect for a family vacation/gathering. Highly recommend and we will be returning!

Amazing house and property

Our vacation in orient, NY at this property was amazing in every way. The house was VERY clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed while preparing meals. The landscaping on this property is just beautiful. We really enjoyed the backyard and took a lot of great family pictures around the pool area. We had young children with us so we spent a lot of time out by the pool. We enjoyed the basketball court and utilized this area for yoga as well. There are a few beaches close by but we enjoyed the pool area so much , we never made it to the beach. We also went to check out the vineyard which we really enjoyed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back!

Amazing family home

Our family just enjoyed an amazing family vacation at your home. The home was spacious and beautifully appointed and offered all of the conveniences that a family of 11 would need. With three grandchildren under the age of 7 and two senior members of the family (ages 76 and 95) there was something and space for all to enjoy. We have been renting on both the SouthFork and North Fork for about ten years and this was the nicest home we have stayed at over the years. Thank you for your hospitality! Rudy and Rosa Chavez

Perfect getaway

Absolutely wonderful week at this amazing property. The house has everything you can ask for. We were able to swim in the pool during the day and then head off to great vineyards and restaurants all less than 20 minutes away. Would definitely go back!
