The Space

- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. This can be done via the contact details in the booking confirmation.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
- Guests will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to the accommodation before arrival.
- A deposit of €250 is required. This is collected via credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card within 7 days after check-out and after checking for any damage to the accommodation.
- Drugs, smoking or vaping are not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
