“We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, firstly the really positive points: Staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. “Very much a business hotel . The air conditioning and the safe didn’t work when we arrived but were soon fixed to the managements credit . Breakfast is average but sufficient, ruled over by a Manageress with the grace of a Rottweiler . Biggest gripe was noise , the big wide corridor echoed the loud voices of revellers heading to their rooms in the small hours of the morning. Whilst not the hotels fault we were woken on six of the seven nights we stayed . Certainly a comfortable enough stay but...

“Worst experience ever in a Meliá. They made a big mistake with our reservation (missing one bed) and they did not put any effort to solve the problem. Rather, they tried to blame us for having made a wrong reservation, while we had proofs of our reservation records. They were very unprofessional and rude. We arrived late at night and were forced to share an uncomfortable, medium size bed, as the reservation broker did not find a replacement at that time. The day after they continued blaming...

“Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room.”
