In front of the apartment, there is an ample tiled terrace area that belongs to the apartment. The communal pool area is gated and is a pool with an adjoining children's pool. Its surroundings are tiled.

At the top of the road you have Centro Commercial Costa, here you also have an extensive choice of amenities including Side Street café, Bassus, Avanti, McDonald's, and more. Zenia Boulevard is just a 10-minute walk away…….

You also have 3 supermarkets on your doorstep, Consume is a 5 min walk away and both Lidl and Mercadona are also within a 10-15-minute walk.

For beaches, la Zenia beach is a 20-minute walk away, but along this part of the coastline, you have many more to choose from all within a 10-minute drive.
