Our holiday home was extensively renovated in 2023 and completely refurnished to a high standard. Casa Laguna is located in a unique microclimate, 4km from the sea and with panoramic views of the pink lake in Las Salinas, 2000 metres away. Our holiday home Casa Laguna is located in a quiet residential area not far from 5 beautiful beaches in the beautiful Spanish town of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a harbour town with two large salt lakes, one pink and the other green. The town in the south-east Spanish province of Alicante is known as Valencia's pink jewel and for more than 300 days of sunshine a year, 200 kilometres of coastline with beautiful sandy beaches and romantic promenades. We have put together some great ideas for your holiday! The coast The coastline of Torrevieja is 20 kilometres long. There are beautiful sandy beaches close to the city centre and the water is very calm. The sandy beaches should all be discovered! Salt flats 15 kilometres from the city is the National Park of La Mata and Torrevieja. The fascinating landscape of the salt flats is one of the most important salt marshes in Europe. You can enjoy the view of this attraction from our roof terrace. The centre of Torrevieja is a cosmopolitan meeting place with many bars and restaurants. Numerous historical and cultural sights such as the town church Immaculata Concepcion can be visited in the immediate vicinity. Just a few streets away is the harbour, where around 300 sailing boats and 900 ships are moored. A wonderful landscape and a lively cityscape have made Torrevieja one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Mediterranean coast. A day trip to Isla TabarcaOn to the pirate island! Here you can discover an old church, a lighthouse and a pretty little town - and of course a great beach. The tastiest tapas in Torrevieja Tapas are small snacks that you can get in Spanish bars and share with friends or family.T orrevieja: fun for the whole family Aquapark, leisure park, hiking routes, exciting leisure activities for lots of fun - there's no room for boredom. If you fancy dancing the night away, you can visit the big clubs and discos at the end of the city centre from 3 a.m. onwards. Young and old dance here, indoors and outdoors. First of all, the city centre itself, with its spacious and modernised pedestrian zone, offers a large selection of many small shops. From boutiques and shoe shops to hairdressing salons and beauty parlours. If you fancy a stroll, you can do so on the promenade with its many small wooden stalls selling a wide variety of items, from clothing and jewellery to electrical goods. The most beautiful and largest shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard, not far from the beach in La Zenia, offers a huge selection on a total area of 161,000 m² and with over 150 shops.
