“The owners of the property are great with communication, this is our 2nd stay at their villa and hopefully there will be a 3rd next year. Villa is lovely and set out really well for our family with a nice pool. The check in process isn’t that great as they didn’t know how to get the tv upstairs working and also there is a charge quite rightly if you use more than fair amount of electricity but she didn’t know where the meter was to take a photo to start our stay. “Super vacation”

“This is a lovely Villa but - our first shock was the amount of building work under construction immediately opposite this house. Work starts at 7.30am to about 6pm with a short break, so very noisy every day except Sunday. Notification of this, which will certainly last all summer, would have prepared us. Definitely not a peaceful location at the moment. After being shown round we noticed one of the large patio/window doors beside the kitchen had a bad crack about 3’ long on one of the doors. We...

“Very nice clean villa with a nice swimming pool with a lot of inflatables. The terrace on the roof is also great with a large table, bbq, lounge set and shadow. Communication with the owner and company that arranges everything there is good too. ”

“Hemos pasado dos semanas geniales. Las zonas de jardin, terraza y piscina son ideales para disfrutar en familia. La orientacion de la casa con el sol ademas permite que se pueda disfrutar desde el desayuno a la cena. La dueña nos atendio muy bien!. El unico tema para mejorar la experiencia hubiera sido disponer de algo mas de amplitud en la zona de estar/salon. Nos gustaria repertir seguro!”

“We had such a fabulous stay at José’s stunning home! The house is literally in the middle of nowhere but still only 9 minutes from a big town with amenities. If you want to stay somewhere peaceful and private this is the villa for you. But also if you want to blast your music and be loud you can without anyone telling you otherwise. We will be back José!”

Nous avons pu profiter de la maison (extérieur pour manger et barbecue, intérieur en alternant tous les ventilos mis a dispo et la clim dans les 3 chambres), de la piscine (baignade tous les jours puisque la piscine est littéralement à 20 m de la maison), des commodités autour : Zenia boulevard, casino, plage de Cabo Roig, Torrevieja entre autre. La maison est un super pied a terre au calme et baigné de soleil le matin. ”
