Told us to put used towels outside our door. Thirty-six hours later when we checked out they were still there. The WORST was the nasty, disgusting, filthy, stained and inexcusable carpets in all the hallways!! The room wasn't bad but we were concerned after seeing the halls. I cant imagine opening your doors to...

“Very nice hotel in a perfect location for business travelers. Cute little bar on premises where I enjoyed a pineapple vodka cocktail. Overall, clean, quiet, and maintained well. Only complaint is that the toilets arethe super low to the floor models which if you have bad knees.....”

“This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!”

“When I came into the hotel the door was broken already and the sink was drained slow and took 90 outta my deposit because of that”

“The breakfast was good. In the room, the bed was very comfortable, but the carpet and upholstered chair were dirty and stained, fingerprints on the mirror, microwave and fridge. Overall it needed much more thorough cleaning and attention to the repairs needed. It is becoming run down since my last stay 2 years ago.”
