It’s a nice property and very well kept. The extra touches when checking in are great! My only complaint was that there needs to be more blankets for the beds. There’s only the sheet and a very thin blanket. Overall, great place to stay though!

We were happy to be close to Universal. Unfortunately these condos show their age and the HVAC is sadly incapable of keeping you comfortable on all 3 floors. The bedroom on the bottom floor had no closet as the washer and dryer took up the entire space and there was a tiny bed side table and no real place to put clothes. They are nice enough and the living space and entertainment is well appointed, but it's in dire need of updating. Thanks for the stay.

We were at the convention center so this had a perfect location for us. Loved having a dedicated parking spot and loved the different levels to the condo. Anytime I had a question the management group answered right away. Would stay here again.

Overall fit the needs for our stay. 3 moms and 3 kids staying for a convention at the Hilton. Easy drive to the hotel. Parking at townhome only fits one car in the driveway. No access to garage. Other cars have to park one street over and walk to townhome. Laundry room is in one bedroom and is very loud. Plan to do laundry during the day when not trying to sleep. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances/cookware we needed. Wi-Fi was good. Townhome was clean. Area felt safe, despite the neighborhood gate was always open.
