Step outside and dine al fresco on the patio’s wrap-around lanai, or lounge in the cozy outdoor seating area while the kids splash around in the private pool.

Inside, the living space exudes a modern, cosmopolitan vibe. The bright, airy living room features contemporary furniture, a stylish accent wall, and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing movie nights.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the family and dining rooms, making meal prep a breeze. It boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island that seats four. Enjoy meals around the glass-top dining table, which seats eight comfortably.

Second Floor Living:
