The house has so much space and many rooms to accommodate large groups. Bonus, each has their own bathroom! All of our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool area. It is a safe and well-maintained gated community. Hosts respond immediately! We loved our stay!

Overall our stay was great! The house is HUGE and there was plenty of common area space for fun times! We had 2 incidents: One area near the garage reeked (like something died in the walls) and we couldn’t use that adjacent bedroom. And the upstairs air conditioner stopped working! BUT… The communication with the property mgr/owner was fantastic and prompt! They had someone come out to fix the AC and investigate the smell! Turns out the cleaning staff left a bag of Chinese food on the garage floor and it stunk up the surrounding area!!! lol! I still give the properties 5 stars because both things were beyond the owners control! Plus they were VERY quick to respond and take care of the issues!

The villa was perfect for our needs, was smooth to check in and had plenty to offer. Matthew was a great host and was always quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience and exactly what was listed and more. It housed all 34 of us comfortably. Oven did not work but host was quick to try and get it fixed for us. We loved every minute we stated in the house.

Perfect place for a family retreat! The place clearly is used often which is wonderful, but it does show, especially upstairs. The host was always quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Host was very attentive and responded quickly. However, the house was extremely dirty, included the bed linens. The house has potential but needs work. Additionally a false insurance claim was filed after our departure.

I brought my team here for a work retreat. We needed rooms where we could all have our own room and bathroom. We also needed a place to do work and the 14 person table was perfect for that. We did need more than 7 parking spaces, but ended up with people carpooling. Overall the house was exactly what we needed.

The property was very nice & spacious. It can accommodate a large family, very close to walmart for supplies and food. i would book again with this property.
