Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is 5.

Please ensure the number of guests does not exceed this limit, as it could impact comfort and safety.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, including bedrooms and bathrooms.

Smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor (patio) area only. Please use the ashtrays provided.

No Pets

We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

Exceptions can be made with prior approval and additional cleaning fees. Please inquire in advance.

Noise and Quiet Hours

Please be considerate of neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.

Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Respect the Property

Treat the home as if it were your own.

Please report any damage, breakages, or issues immediately, so we can address them promptly.

Kitchen Use

The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. Please clean up after yourself and wash any dishes you use.

Please dispose of trash bags in the property dumpster.

Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the property.

No Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of local laws will result in immediate termination of the stay and removal from the property.

Please be courteous to our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially in the evenings and early mornings.

Do not block driveways or parking spaces.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site.

Security and Locking Doors

Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the property.

We did not stay here bc as we recieved a message from the owner saying a pipe was broken. Check in was at 4 pm and message was sent at 3:30 pm. We were in route to orlando. We messaged him and he said he would give a refund. He did not issue and refund. I am now on the phone with vrbo trying to resolve the problem. Very unprofessional. All he had to do was communicate ahead of time. It wasnt very professional.

I booked the stay for pool access. The pool was being renovated and wasn’t able to enjoy any pool time. The inside of the condo was good but the outside is in need of some TLC. The owner said he would give us a credit but I have yet to hear back from him.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and it was a very enjoyable stay. The condo itself is a nice place with a lot of space, the master bedroom was very comfortable and it felt overall safe.

Needs work

The property was very clean. The dishwasher did not work. The washing machine did not work. The air conditioner quit working. There was 4 of us, all senior citizens and nowhere in the description of the property does it say second floor. If we would have known that. We would not have rented this property. There was 1 person that was on oxygen. Those stairs just about killed her. The pool was brown and unusable. There was 4 glasses and no dinnerware. No wash cloths in bathrooms or kitchen. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The landlord said he was coming to put in new dishwasher and washing machine but never showed.

Unsettling

When looking online the condo looks great when you get there it looks like a old run down hotel the inside looks nice but then there was a smell of poop in the kitchen and there are roaches inside the washer didn’t work it had a horrible smell it leaked water all over the kitchen and the owner didn’t answer when I called or texted on top of us not being able to check in until 5:30 that part he tried to fix but he lied and never showed up to fix or answer my other complaint
