When you walked in to check in the people at the front desk were absolutely amazing. The host did a very professional job answering my questions prior to our arrival. It was a delightful stay.The kids absolutely loved the pool. It was actually a cute environment as well.Walking distance to a lot of different things. The only thing that I could complain about is we were traveling for two weeks straight. So I had a lot of laundry that I wanted to get done before I got home. So I was trying to wash it at this place, but the dryer did not work properly.And would not dry the clothes and it left the clothes with a very bad wet dog smell. That was reported in the host that they would take care of it.But since we weren't there very long, I had to wait to do all my laundry when I returned back home.

We stayed 4 nights in January during our Orlando trip. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and the room was tidy. Our kids loved the pool and ship slide and we enjoyed lounging by the pool in between our Disney park days. The location was perfect- close to parks, restaurants and shopping. The room was adequate, but it is not like the picture. Different furnishings and vinyl flooring - not enough seating in living area for our party of 6, but we were out an about most of the time so it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen had what we needed for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. The A/C fan broke in the late hours of the night (sounding very loud) and woke us up, but fortunately it was on the last night. We alerted the front desk who was very responsive.

Great condo and great location. Close to parks, shopping, grocery, anything you need during your stay. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because they had some sort of electrical issue in the condo and every night lights would come on in the middle of the night so no good sleep was had. They weren’t able to fix it while we were there.

Very nice rental. The unit is comfortable and well taken care of. The complex is impressive. We didn’t have much time on premise but did visit the pool and bar area, wish we had had more time to enjoy all of it

My huband, sons (20 and 7) and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, spacious and convenient for our trips to Disney and SeaWorld during our vacation. Our younger son LOVED the pirate ship pool area! There is a nice little store across the street that was perfect for any quick food or drink needs. We would definitely stay at this resort again!

Great place and close to everything. Only negative thing is the A/C the second night of stay wouldn't come down any lower than 77 degrees with the thermostat on 68. Other than that the place was perfect.

Carpet was dirty (turned your feet black). Furniture had no cushion left - was like sitting on a wood board. Kitchen was fine - however we didn't cook or use anything. Patio was nice. Pool was nice however you had to be 48inches to go on the pool slide so our 4 year old was not happy about that.

Comfortable beds, wonderful cotton linens, stainless steel cookware, great amenities at the resort. The host was easy to contact and responded to questions in a timely way. Our room did not have a view of the pool and tree line like the photos show so do not rely on the photos of the listing. We LOVED the spaciousness of the unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the big jetted tub. We slept well in the comfy beds. The location was convenient to everything. Covered parking under the building helped keep our car from being roasting hot in the Florida summer heat. We would come back here.

Place didn't have very much cookware to work with. Remotes for TV either didn't work or worked very poorly. Fuses for some appliances blew the breakers while in use. Fan in master bedroom seemed like it was ready to unhook and fly away when powered on

Extremely poor, shoddy customer service!

The first night, the electric power was out in the main bedroom. My husband requested service from front desk and their maintenance personnel did not show up. I called at 11:40pm and was told that their maintenance was not responding. My husband went to front desk and notified personnel that there was no power in the main bedroom (wall plugs, ceiling fan & light NOT working). Front desk desk was told to have unit manager contact me to have someone check breaker as this was certainly a risk factor. No on called us to resolve this issue. On Sunday I contacted the reservation POC and nothing was resolved. I am still waiting for a resolution and/or apology but nothing yesterday. Also, the power to the microwave went out and the dishwasher is missing the handle to close/start. The overall experience was horrid, very disappointing and frankly ZERO customer support concern. I am hopping that I receive a one night credit/discount for the inconvenience and attempt to have someone resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this Vrbo was a complete frustration/dissapointment.
