Venite a provare questa casa piscina splendidamente decorate. Questa casa offre tutto il necessario per la vacanza perfetta Topolino! Si vanta 4 camere da letto, 3 bagno completo, 2 master suite e piscina privata e spa. Le piastrelle di ceramica e pavimento in legno in tutta la casa. Questa splendida casa è 7. 5 miglia a parchi a tema Disney, un paio di miglia da Wal-Mart Super Center, ristoranti, e a pochi passi da Walgreen e CVS.

Questa casa si trova nel resort 5 stelle comunità Glen Brook. Si tratta di un bellissimo paesaggio con la linea di palme lungo la strada. La comunità dispongono di un'ampia piscina, club house, centro fitness, campo da tennis, sala giochi e un parco giochi.

Entrando nella casa, si noterà drammatica soffitto del volume in tutta la casa, grande open space, con una grande sala, sala da pranzo e cucina, soggiorno con air hockey e divano letto / Love Seat combinata. Abbiamo arredato la casa con il comfort, bellezza e lusso in mente: 8 persona tavolo da pranzo, elegante e romantica suite matrimoniale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e letto matrimoniale in un altro master suite, Cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca e servizi per l'uso ! Abbiamo TV in ogni stanza da letto e alcune con TV / DVD Combo. Tutti 6 TV sono HDTV e la casa è pronto per Internet, in modo da portare il vostro laptop! Tutte le camere sono 100% cotone 300 biancheria da letto di filo di lusso. La lavanderia contiene una rondella e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro.

Rilassatevi nella vostra piscina privata di proprietà e benessere dopo una giornata lunga estate calda o godere il vostro caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale a bordo piscina in totale relax.

You get what you pay for . Upon getting there we noticed the back door didn’t lock and as well it was dirty. Me being a cleaner for a living I always bring bleach with me so I cleaned all bathrooms before letting my kids use them . The tvs didn’t work . Then at the end mind you check out is at 10 at 9:10 some guy mowing the lawn just comes and stands there waiting for us to leave and so does the “cleaner “ he watched us load up for a whole 30 mins to the point my mom felt uncomfortable and we checked out early . It definitely needs a deep clean!

30 mins drive to Disney parks, 50 to universal. Lots of space and lovely and cool after the hot days at the parks.Could do with a little tlc in certain places but overall a great stay in a great property.Thank you.

Great place

We were here for 10 days for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. The traffic was bad getting there but it’s bad from anywhere. House was pretty clean, pool was nice. Neighbors were a little sketchy, but not much you can do about it. Close to Publix, chain restaurants, Walmart etc. it was good for our purpose.

Family trip

This is a great place to stay for a family trip. There was enough space for us to enjoy each other and have fun. A lot of stores and restaurants near by. Not as close to Disney as we thought it would be.

House was fine, needs some updating, and they need a new cleaning crew. There was dirt in master bathroom that would have been gone if cleaned properly. Pool needs new chairs, and cleaning. We did not use it.

Great place to stay

House was very nice and spacious. Very clean with full amenities. Close to Disney parks, but traffic is horrendous back to the home from the parks. Took almost an hour to get from the park to the house. Unsure if that was an anomaly or if the location is just like that.

Nice location and facilities

Loved the location and the property. Overall everything was quite good but we all thought that a few little changes would have made it better. The fact we had to buy tissues, paper towels and toilet paper was a little annoying because we couldn't take leftovers back because we came by plane. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. We would consider staying here again.

Week stay to watch college softball

4.7 stars!!We had a great stay in March.Temps were cold so the hot tub couldn’t heat w/o the pool being heated.The host worked with us to have a fair solution.The house would be a great place to stay with a family!With the two living rooms, garage game room, the pool area and 4bedrooms and tall ceilings the house felt very spacious! The kitchen had all the essentials including plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The only issue of the stay was there were not any kitchen towels/clothes available to keep the kitchen clean or clean heavily soiled dishes.This was rectified by a trip to the dollar store. I believe the lack of kitchen towels may have been due to an error in housekeeping putting towels in bathroom cabinets.Things I’d wish I’d known would be that even with a heated pool it takes over an hour to heat the hot-tub (electric heat) this was an issue because we had limited time at the house, and that in March the pool only gets a few hours of sun due to the large oak tree at the back and then the sun being over the house by 3:30. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. After talking to at least 15 other families who were renting in the Orlando area, i feel very fortunate to have found this property. Although initially disappointed with the lack of spices, oil, condiments, etc I hear that it is difficult to keep a house in this area maintained.Overall a very pleasant stay and one we’d both Recommend!

Great experience for this property

If heading to SeaWorld or Disney parks this property makes a great base. Was as described, communication was very good, I needed to extend a day, host was gracious and accommodating. The place was clean had everything we needed, was less than 30 min to every Disney park even with morning traffic. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Comfortable beds, plenty of towles fully stocked kitchen. Will rent again on next trip to Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accomodating and the property manager was right around the corner if needed. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and very roomy! The pool was awesome! We hated to leave! If your looking for a larger home, with a private pool and hot tub, shopping right around the corner, and a safe friendly neighborhood this is the place! Immaculate Spacious House

We stayed in the property for 16 nights in January 2025. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped for 8 guests although there were just the two of us. The kitchen was supplied with like new crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There were 6 TVs, a gaming console (Xbox?), dvd player and maybe a VCR although we only used the TV in the great room. The pool according to our own thermometer reached 88F and the hottub certainly got hot!The manager, David was helpful, responsive and friendly. Walmart, Publix and Dollar Tree nearby. Convenient for the Disney ParksWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommend the property to any families who would like to stay in the area. We really enjoyed the location of the property. We wish we had known a few things that would’ve helped us prepare for our stay; 1) there is no seasoning in the house, not even salt, pepper or oil 2) only two trash bags were provided 3) 1 dishwasher pod was provided 4) no hand soap in the kitchen or dish soap was provided, only what was in the bathrooms and that was a tiny bar of cleansing soap 5) there was only a half roll of paper towel. And 1 other dish towel. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, however we did have to purchase all of these items while we were on vacation (after we got our grocery delivery) and it would’ve made the trip more enjoyable had these items of been there or if we were notified of those items not being in the house. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked at the house.

Nice home

Very nice home, needs a few tweeks but worth the stay. Whoever does the cleaning probably needs to spend more time, the toilets had cleaned paper on toilets but still had dirt on them ( this could have been from just not wiping over when cleaning again. Not a big deal i brought sanitizer wipes). There are 2 air hockey tables, the one in the house doesn't work, and the one in garage barely puts out air. They have a pool table that is nice. The pool was nice and worth having especially with a family. The king size bed in master bedroom is ridiculously noisy even getting in and out of bed or moving at all ( it just needs to be tightened maybe?). The owner is very nice and i would definitely stay again and recommend. Other than normal home things no issues. I will say the front door lovk can be a little tricky. You have to make sure it locks, because it doesn't always lock the first try.
