Vacation with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Host was prompt at responding with any questions. The property has amazing view of Lake Bryan and we were able to see the fireworks at Disney.

Beautiful location

This property is wonderfully located and has beautiful view of the lake. Has great space for a family, we were 5 and were very comfortable. Pool area is great, and you can take your dog with you all over the property.

Beautiful, convenient, family friendly listing.

We loved the property! We had the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The staff we friendly. We loved the convenience of the location and the tiki bar at the pool. And you could not beat the view! Would stay here again for sure!

Thanksgiving 2024

My husband and I have stayed at Blue Heron previously but this is the first time we had the rest of the family come. We specifically looked for a 2 bedroom with more floor space. This unit was comfortable for 5 adults and a 5 month old. The kitchen had all the essentials and the condo was clean when we arrived. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Great stay

Very clean, secure, and local to many attractions. I frequent Orlando quite often for business and pleasure. Beautiful house with great neighbors. It’s spacious, clean, and around the clock security. The hosts check-in with you to make sure you're accomadated, and for the price you can’t beat this. Access to 3 pools and a hot tub, gym, and bar by the pool. Will definitely be returning here in the future

Great communication and nice place

The condo was extremely nice and the communication was great. We even had part of our party arrive a few hours early and they were flexible enough to allow us to add that person to the reservation so he could get the room key and not wait on the rest of the party. Everything was great.

Relaxed

We were in town for a club sporting event at the Orange County Convention Center. Four days of non-stop volleyball. The resort was a nice place to come back to. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers if you wanted to do something. If you wanted to just stay and relax, the pool and Tiki bar were a nice place to just chill, eat, and drink. We had a nice stay.

This is our 2nd stay on property. Easy check in helpful front desk easy access to parks and restaurants. Nice pool. The host always returned calls and addressed any question or need that arose. Top shelf!

Great Location That Is Super Close To Disney and I-Drive

Great place, large pool, elevators were slow and a pain to swipe card every time you enter but parking was easy in garage area. Walking distance to Dunkin and Dollar Tree for last minute supplies. Rooms were nice and large. Kitchen was set up nicely. Bunk beds in hallway was an odd spot but creative. End unit that was quiet. Lake view was nice.

Great for a family!

This rental was great from start to finish. The host and property manager were amazing to work with. The condo is in a great vicinity. We were there during a cool spell and the pools were so warm. The kids spent a lot of time there. The view is amazing and we celebrated New Year’s Eve there and the fireworks show from our balcony was amazing. Would definitely book again!

We Love Blue Heron

Spacious nice condo with everything we needed. Great location right in the middle of everything Orlando and midway between both coasts for day trips. Great view of the lake, great pool, hot tub, fitness center for each tower. Weight machines in fitness are better than most places. You can even see the epcot fireworks from the front balcony. Owner responsive and helpful.

Good Value for Price

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and beautiful view! Well-stocked cleaning and paper products, but it would have been nice to have the basics like salt and pepper and sugar (a few packets of each were provided.) Really appreciated the washer/dryer and detergent. The porch furniture on the back balcony was broken and unusable, and one of the chairs on the main balcony was cracked. Communication with the owner/manager was poor, but the front desk at the resort was helpful. Overall, a good value and did I mention the great view?

Great location and easy check-in, but downhill from there. The unit was dirty from top to bottom—floors, furniture, and even the sheets hadn’t been properly cleaned. We were given just 4 towels for 8 registered guests, with no linens on the pullout couch and visibly dirty bedding(body fluids) on the bunks and twin beds. We found bugs on towels, liquid dripping from a ceiling fan, a nose ring left in the pull out couch, a constantly running toilet in the master, and drawers filled with dust, debris, and who knows what else.It looked like someone started cleaning and gave up after changing the master sheets—then tucked in dirty linens everywhere else and called it done. No spare linens to do the work ourselves.We requested a refund immediately due to a clear lack of usable sleeping space for more than half our group. Still, four of us had no choice but to stay the night until alternate accommodations could be arranged the next day.The owner initially agreed to a full refund, but later tried to charge a cleaning fee (for an unclean property) and a night’s stay (even though the space was uninhabitable). After hours on the phone, VRBO finally intervened and secured the refund she had already promised. Owner begged us not to review, but VRBO told us to be thorough and accurate in this review.Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Avoid this property unless the owner seriously addresses its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management.

Beds are atrocious - place is nice

The mattresses on every bed are extremely bad. You will not get a good night's sleep. You have been warned. The couch is more comfortable than the beds. However the obvious ahem bodily fluid stains on the pillows may shy you away from sleeping there.The toilet in the master bedroom runs all night long and the insides of it need to be replaced. Even when you turn off the water, the tank still drains the water and it's loud and will keep you awake if you're a light sleeper.We had an event that we had to go to so the only thing that we used it for was to sleep. I did not use the refrigerator, microwave or any dishes. The master bathroom TV was broken and had lines in it running across the tv.The internet in the master bedroom is non-existent. The Wi-Fi is completed from a very small device on the wall that doesn't have enough power to push the signal to the master bedroom. In the living room and in the other bedroom it's okay. We had to put our own access point in just to get a signal to the master bedroom.The water pressure had two settings. Slice your skin open or non-existent.Communication was fantastic, but that doesn't forgive the other issues.

Clean, comfortable condo close to everything

If you want to be close to just about everything this is definitely the place to be. The condo was large and laid out exactly as listed. There was a great balcony looking out over the pool and the lake with lovely sunrises and a peaceful view. One night we even saw a shuttle lift off from Cape Canaveral. The balcony off the main bedroom faces west and is pretty warm in the evening. It’s true that you an catch glimpses of the fireworks from there, but if you take the elevator up to the 21 floor the view of Orlando is amazing and you can often catch more than one nightly fireworks show. Check-in is handled at the front desk and is similar to a hotel reception area, and they use cards. No one mentioned that to get the elevator to work, you need to use your room card, but it didn’t take long to figure it out. We had some trouble with the flatscreen tv in the living room. We called the front desk and it seemed that it was fixed for a day, but then it stopped again, whatever, we let it go. The bed was comfortable the shower worked well, the condo was spacious and well appointed. This is a very good choice if you seek an alternative to staying on property, but want more than a hotel room. There is a Publix nearby and so many delicious restaurants within a short drive or even a walk.
