Welcome to your perfect Orlando getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is nestled in a secure gated community w/ free parking in Kissimmee, just 12 miles from both Disney and Universal Studios theme parks!



Relax after a day at the parks with resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and grilling stations. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, and fun extras like board games for family nights in.



The home sleeps 8 comfortably, up to 10 w/ provided air mattress.



The primary suite offers a king bed, attached full bath, and a private patio, ideal for morning coffee. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and share a second full bathroom. Need more sleeping space? We’ve got you covered with a sleeper sofa and optional air mattress.



The unit itself is all on one level inside (a single-story layout), but it’s located on the second floor of the building. So you won’t have stairs inside the unit, but you’ll need to go up a flight of stairs to reach it.



Whether you’re visiting the theme parks or just soaking up the Florida sun, this family-friendly home has everything you need for a memorable stay!



Other things to note:



-Pool Access: The pool key is kept in a lockbox. Please message us if you’d like to use the pool, and we’ll provide the lockbox code. Kindly return the key before checkout. A $100 replacement fee will apply if the key is lost.

- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

- For guests protection, there may be security cameras located at the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside the home.

-No outside guests allowed on property.

-For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

- This is a pet friendly property. Pets allowed on a case by case basis and there is a $75 fee per pet that is added to your reservation AFTER booking. Please note that the pet fee does not cover the cost of any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets, you may be charged if anything is noted after checkout. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



Other Things to Note:

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
