House was not as promised. Stood in driveway for 3 hours waiting for them to make it right only to have to find a hotel. We have an elderly handicapped person in our party and they assured me prior to booking everything was on the main floor not the 30 steps up like it was!!!

We rented the location for work and play. Had a great week down there with little to no issues. Would stay at this location again in the future.

Great space, great location, comfortable beds, the one negative for us was the parking as only one SUV could fit and the other two families had to park two streets back at night. Otherwise loved the unit. Thanks again!

Excellent location, tons of space, well stocked kitchen. Clean nice beds. Only downside was didn't have beach/pool towels (or we couldn't find them :)

This was a great townhouse for our family. Having the option of a room on the 1st floor & 3rd floor. Plus the pull out couch made it an easy decision where to put the teenagers.

Overall this rental property was a bit older and dated compared to the online pictures. The upstairs master bath also wasn't very clean when we arrived. We also had ants around the front door entrance and didn't like the fact that most of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs wasn't ideal.

Overall it was better than staying at a hotel but they were a lot of tiny spiders,ants and worst of all cockroaches. When we decided to go to the pool it was PACKED! No social distancing, it was like the pool of Covid. The AC didn’t hit the 3rd floor and on the first floor it was ice cold.

The stay was amazing. The place was nice. We really enjoyed the location and all that they had. The gym, the pool, basketball court and how close we were to everything with in 7-10 mins. We will definitely reach out to the owner if and when we come back to Orlando. This place was so nice. The pictures on line dont do it any justice. I loved the 3 floors it made it like everyone had their own space. The 3.5 bathrooms were a plus. I highly recommend this location

UNIT WAS PERFECT, VERY CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION, JUST LIKE BEING AT HOME..SUPER CONVIENENT TO EVERYTHING, LESS THAN 10 MIN FROM ALL PARKS, PUBLIX SUPERMARKET 2 BLOCKS AWAY, DEFF RECCOMMEND THE NYPD PIZZA PLACE BESIDE PUBLIX, MY GIRLS ATE THERE 4 TIMES IN 5 DAYS...ALL IN ALL, CAN'T SAY ONE NEGATIVE ABOUT THE PLACE, AWESOME ALL AROUND

Just a quick note to say thanks for a wonderful week in your condo's. We rented three condo's for work and everything was as advertised. Monica was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.
