Perfect Home for Multigenerational Holiday

This home is exactly as it presents. The home was very clean and no issues with the bedding and towels in regards to cleanliness and supply. The Walmart is close by to pick up all essentials as there is very minimal to no supplies in this home. The pool was perfect and the hot tub as well. There is a lovely walking path around the little man made lakes in this gated community. I am a runner and did have a little fall on one of the sidewalks which are a bit uneven but the paths are smooth! We would definitely stay at this property again and it was perfect for our 3 generations!

Great place to stay

Our stay was nice it was just the process with Vrbo. We had to cancel our first night because they double booked the property. Then they did not return our full amount for the one night stay. They are still working on the rest of our return from two months ago

Property as described

I stayed for five nights. I only used the primary bedroom in the back. The bed was comfortable, especially when I found a blanket. I come from a warm climate, and prefer a warmer temperature than mist.The kitchen was adequate for my needs. I cooked breakfast and dinner. The cookware is serviceable.I paid for pool heat, and enjoyed the pool and spa while I was there. The last time I rented a house in a winter month, despite paying for heat, it was lukewarm at best. This time I was happy enough with the water temperature.I did not rent a car. I used Uber for getting around and grocery delivery. There were no problems with them. I tried to use Lyft, but for some reason the address doesn’t work with them.The shower in the bathroom I was using took some time to warm up, it never got really hot, but was warm enough to use. The water pressure was lower than I’m used to.It took me a day to figure out the door code I was assigned was my cell phone number, minus the first digit. I’d have picked it up immediately if the first six numbers (without the area code) were used.I would stay there again.

Amazing stay

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub made up for a chilly few days in Florida. We had a lot of questions and a couple of minor issues that were dealt with/answered very quickly. I'd love to stay there again!

Fabulous Villa

Really beautiful, spacious and modern villa. Had everything you needed. Really lovely outlook over the lake. We had the pool heated which was lovely with a heated hot tub. Good loction. Loved our stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property! The house is beautifully decorated while still feeling comfortable. The bedrooms were a great size and we loved that there were 2 masters since we traveled with friends. I don't think the kids left the pool the entire week! Communication with the owner was amazing. I had to call about 1 thing that was completely out of his control and he responded immediately and was so kind. If we have to go back to Orlando again I would definitely rebook this property!

Stevens Stay 2024

Good home in a good location to all of the places you'd want to visit. No fault of the property, but the traffic and drivers were not good and the Walmart although very close and convenient was a mad house all day. A section of the pool Lenai screen was torn out for first few days, but the manager Julie was awesome and took care of it quickly by Monday morning. The dishwasher leaked, if the seal on bottom of door wasn't in the right place. Also, the ice machine did not work, but we purchased a big bag of ice for the duration of the stay. Maybe this is related to Covid and safety, but there is very little starter supplies here...no salt and pepper, sugar, etc. A few garbage bags and that's about it. For people flying in, we cannot bring much, so it's a lot of buying stuff that is mostly wasted. The trash pickup didn't arrive on Monday or Tuesday, as stated and wasn't picked up until Thursday (5 days into stay), so it got smelly outside the front door. But all in all, the house was above average and we had a great time. I highly recommend the 192 Crab and Lobster close to the property... that was an incredible meal and not over priced. 9/10 for that place.

Beautiful Property & Excellent Location

Traveling from Atlanta, GA we were a bit leary about renting in the Kissimmee area but when we arrived at our rental property we were impressed with everything!! Beautiful property and the location and surrounding neighborhood was wonderful!! We have locked in this location for future stays in Florida!! 10 out of 10!!

Great family vacation

Great communication with owner from booking all the way through to stay. Property was wonderful - clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location was great for Disney, Universal and other activities such as mini golf. Lots of shops and restaurants close by too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area!

Great location, beautiful home

The house is in a wonderful community with a beautiful pool and clubhouse. The house itself was immaculate, well kept and comfortable. Everything we needed to know was listed in the binder that was in the front entryway. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great stay!

Great rental and well furnished. Everything was spotless! So glad we paid extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated as our weather was quite cool. We would definitely stay again if ever back to the area

Amazing Location & Property

Lovely villa within a gated community housing a gym & swimming pool. The photos dont really do it justice. The main hallway, kitchen & lounge area is much bigger than shown. Very clean & modern. Cannot fault this delightful villa at all. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Huge TV in lounge plus Tv’s in all bedrooms. Great games room with pool table, dart board etc which we used every night! Beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking a small lake. Management & owner very obliging and helpful giving immediate response to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend and would 100% book this exceptional Villa again.

Superbe maison très bien située

La maison est vraiment très propre et vraiment bien située. Elle est joliment décorée. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire en terme d équipements et en nombre important (vaisselles, serviettes,...) La vue est très belle. Nous l avons réservé en décembre et avons pris le chauffage de la piscine. L’eau était vraiment très bonne, c’était parfait. Dawn est vraiment disponible et c’est très appréciable! A recommander +++

Fun family getaway!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean with something for everyone to enjoy. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack a bit lighter. We were within 20-30 minutes of major attractions. Had a great time in Florida!

Perfect location

We stayed at the house for 7 days for some pool Time and visit a few disney parks. The location was perfect, close to a Walmart for some groceries and other restaurants if we wanted to eat out. The drive to disney was maybe 30 min at the most. The house was clean, had all we needed. The hot tub was perfect after long days at disney to relax.

Wonderful home

This home was thoroughly enjoyable for my family. Close to the Disney parks. Pool was refreshing, fun and so pretty looking out at the pond. Check in was easy. I was pleasantly surprised with how equipped the kitchen is with all the pots and pans and storage bowls. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Disney trip

On arrival the home was super clean. The people that manage this villa do a fabulous job. The bedding and beds are of a high standard. We had a bad storm and a panel on the pool screen came away, on getting in touch with the management company, they came around the next day! The villa itself was one of the best I have stayed - I would give it a 10 out of 10 for comfort and cleanliness. ( the only nark we had was the pool was always full of ants)
