The property is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of wonderful amenities. Guests of Regal Palms are welcomed to enjoy the onsite pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, tiki bar, ice cream parlor, restaurant, arcade and children’s playground.
The space
The townhome has a spacious living room with comfortable couches, television and electric fireplace; and easy access onto the screened in back patio with quaint table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra items such as toaster, coffee pot and Keurig machine, for your convenience. Whether it is to prepare a delicious breakfast before enjoying the Parks or sharing dinner after a fun filled day, the kitchen will provide the equipment you need to prepare these meals. There is also a cozy dining room table which seats six (6) people.
This townhome accommodates six (6) guests between three (3) bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, a television and full adjoining bathroom with a spacious shower.
Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and a television.
Bedroom #3 has two (2) twin beds and a television.
There is an additional full size bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom located on the first floor.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhome and all the amenities offered at Regal Palms Resort.

Upon arrival, please check in at Regal
Palms front desk, located at 2700 Sand Mine Road.
* Please note, there is an additional resort fee of $22.40 per night, to be paid at the front desk upon arrival. This fee is NOT per guest, rather ONLY per night, payable to the resort itself. This fee includes access to the resort’s amenities, including the pool area, gym and parking.
Parking passes for three (3) vehicles will be provided.
* Please note, there is no parking on the street or on the grass areas within the resort. They do tow for improper parking.

Check in is at 4 pm
Check out is at 10 am
*Please note that requests for late check out must be received no later than 10 am local time on the day prior to departure.
Early check in and late check out are based upon availability and require approval. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
