The Space:

Morning light filters through the open living space, waking the house with a gentle glow that invites you to stretch and plan the day’s adventures. After a sunrise coffee, the scent of fresh pastries drifts from the kitchen as the family gathers around the table, laughter echoing into the hallway. When the theme parks call, you step out feeling rested, and when the sun sets, the living room’s flat‑screen TV becomes the backdrop for cozy movie nights. The home’s warm, year‑round comfort lets you focus on togetherness rather than the weather outside.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king size bed, a walk‑in closet, and a private bathroom for adult privacy. The downstairs bedroom is a playful retreat for children, offering a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, its own walk‑in closet, and a shared bathroom. The themed kids’ room is stocked with toys, costumes, a ball pit, and an arcade game, creating a magical space just for them.



Living & Dining

An open living and dining layout creates a natural flow for conversation. The living room provides a comfortable spot to unwind, with a flat‑screen TV and easy access to the dining area. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace sit nearby, so you can catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary without leaving the room.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for home‑style meals. A coffee maker greets you each morning, and the open connection to the dining area keeps everyone part of the conversation while you cook.



Family Features

Beyond the themed bedroom, an indoor play area offers a tent, books, additional toys, and the arcade game, giving younger guests space to explore while adults relax nearby.



Workspace & Connectivity

Free parking on the premises accommodates two vehicles. Guests also enjoy shared community amenities, including a pool for a refreshing dip and a gym for a quick workout, both available at your convenience.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home provides a family‑friendly base for exploring Orlando’s attractions while offering a peaceful retreat to return to each evening.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
