Il nostro ampio bagno completo con 4 camere da letto 3 con una bella piscina e spa è stato costruito nel settembre 2003. È progettato perfettamente per ospitare una famiglia numerosa o due famiglie più piccole. La nostra casa si trova nella comunità dei Four Corners a Davenport, in Florida, a meno di otto minuti dall'uscita Disney World di I-4. Questa lussuosa casa è completa di cucina completamente attrezzata, ampia sala da pranzo e spazio di vita con connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità, sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, air hockey, calcio balilla (calcio balilla), telefono gratuito *, TV LED da 50 ', con Giocatore Blueray con Netflix nella stanza di famiglia.

La nostra cucina è una cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, ciotole, piatti, tazze, bicchieri, utensili, caffettiera, frullatore, miscelatore, frigorifero full size, lavastoviglie, piano cottura / forno, forno a microonde e altro ancora.

Le nostre sale da pranzo includono posti a sedere per sei nella sala da pranzo formale, posti a sedere per quattro in cucina, posti a sedere per due al bancone dell'altezza del bar e posti a sedere per quattro fuori dalla piscina sotto il lanai coperto.

Lo schermo in piscina / spa è di 14 piedi x 28 piedi e si estende in profondità da tre piedi a cinque piedi. Il centro benessere è il luogo perfetto per il relax degli adulti mentre i bambini giocano in piscina (il calore piscina / spa è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo - facoltativo). L'area piscina comprende anche due chaise longue e quattro posti a sedere attorno al tavolo sotto il lanai coperto.

Il cortile è circondato da una recinzione di sei piedi per una maggiore privacy mentre l'esposizione occidentale consente di vedere i meravigliosi tramonti della Florida.

Il soggiorno è il luogo perfetto per finire la giornata. Questa camera ha un divano molto comodo (con un letto estraibile matrimoniale), un divano e una sedia di grandi dimensioni. Per il vostro divertimento c'è un armadio con TV da 32 pollici e lettore DVD, un lettore stereo / CD e giochi da gustare nel cestino del tavolino. Naturalmente c'è una porta scorrevole in vetro per un facile accesso al lanai coperto e all'area piscina / spa per ulteriore relax e divertimento.

La nostra casa offre quattro camere da letto e tre bagni completi. Può ospitare fino a dieci quando si utilizza il divano letto. È perfettamente strutturato per ospitare una famiglia numerosa o due famiglie più piccole. Ogni camera è dotata di un ventilatore a soffitto e un ampio armadio.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, cassettiera, cabina armadio, TV / DVD da 27 pollici e porta scorrevole in vetro per la piscina / spa. L'ampio bagno principale comprende una doccia, una vasca, doppi lavandini e una zona comoda separata.

La seconda camera da letto (secondo master) dispone di un letto matrimoniale, comò e ampio armadio oltre a una grande finestra con vista sulla piscina / spa. Il secondo bagno si trova proprio di fronte al corridoio e ha una grande doccia, lavandino e comò.

La terza camera da letto offre un letto full size, una cassettiera e un ampio armadio, mentre la quarta camera da letto include due letti singoli, una cassettiera e un ampio armadio. Il terzo bagno si trova tra la terza e la quarta camera da letto. Include una combinazione vasca / doccia, lavandino e comò.

Nella parte posteriore della casa si trovano la camera da letto principale e la seconda, mentre la terza e la quarta camera da letto si trovano nella parte anteriore della casa.

Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola e il bagno.

House was exactly as advertised. Check in instructions and other communications from hosts were timely and helpful. Kitchen well equipped. Pool table, foosball and air hockey in the garage were nice. Beds and furniture comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Hosts and their maintenance company were responsive to questions and 2 minor household issues during our stay. Highly recommend.

Hot tub wouldn't get hot because they were using hot tub to heat pool which didn't heat whole trip so couldn't use neither yet I paid a extra money. The property manager says stuff breaks but it was broken upon arrival so basically we paid extra to not use anything. The owners responded one time never heard anything back until time to leave. So we went for the games in garage. The air hockey table has big spots there's no airflow so couldn't use that either. Then all the door knobs in the place lock and there's no key to get in so my 2 year old accidentally locked herself in she has seizures randomly so at 2am we can't get ahold of anyone so I had to remove the doorknob to get to my child during her medical emergency which I did forget to put back on it's in the cup cabinet with the screw driver they provided. Next they only offer one roll of toilet paper per bathroom no extras the one bathroom the bathtub was dirty like rings at were it drains so obviously we didn't allow the children to bath in that one. Next behind the toilet was big stains that the cleaning crew never cleans looks like that's overlooked at alot. They want you to start towels this and that but does not provide laundry soap so I used my own and upon seeing this I'm thinking the guest before me did they wash their towels with plain water and do the same.

The ac was a issue every time we got back it was hot in the house ac set back to 79 took awhile to cool down with the house having solar you think they would let you set it where you are comfortable with could use a good cleaning they should keep up the grounds as we were here for two weeks and grass was not cut kind of hard to to do the check out when you need to pack up your stuff get your shower then have to do their laundry before you leave and there’s limited parking as the neighbor parks there the locks don’t work on sliding doors

Excellent and pleasant stay

We had an excellent and pleasant stay. The holiday home is fully equipped and looked neat and clean. It absolutely met our expectations. After arrival we noticed that the heating of the pool and spa did not work. Contacted the local property manager several times but no response. After contacting the owners, the problem was quickly resolved and after 4 days we could finally enjoy a heated pool and spa. A few minor imperfections could be improved: the slats/sun blinds did not work properly, did not close properly. The sliding door in the master bedroom was difficult to open and close. Not all outdoor lighting worked properly, there was little light at the pool and the lighting at the driveway did not work properly (broken/flickering light). Next time we would definitely choose this accommodation again, partly because of the pleasant contact with the owners.

Excellent location for access to all areas.

The property was exactly as described and photographed. Check in was very straightforward, the property was clean and well maintained. The only negative was an issue with the pool heater but Gerhard was brilliant and sorted it out for us. I would recommend the property to all - we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

Family trip

Rented home for a week for a total of six people, all over 18. House was nice and clean. Very well stocked with necessities we would need throughout the week, better than other homes we have rented in the past. We did have the pool/spa heated. Spa did not get as warm as any of the others we have rented. The spa stayed about the same temperature as the pool. It really wasn’t a big deal as we were spending most of our time at theme parks so it didn’t get used very much. Overall I would recommend the home for your vacation rental.

Super Comfy

Everything was pretty perfect. Just wish the hot tub would’ve been a little warmer since the nights were chilly. Also we thought it would be equipped with plenty of all the necessities (TP, paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets). There was enough for 1 day and we had to spend money to replenish for our remaining days. That was disappointing. But all in all it’s a very nice property and well priced.

Great Place. just what we needed

The house is great. Beds in bedrooms 1,2 and 3 super comfy. Beds in the twin bedroom slightly less comfy but still perfectly fine for kids The house is spacious and owrfe t for a family of 4. It is located 2 kin drive from a supermarket and Starbucks so very convenient. Quiet neighbourhood. I have really nothing bad to say about this place. It iswqs just what we needed.

Good family property in great location.

House was spacious and well equipped. Pool was fantastic with both good size and condition and heating was good addition. 30 to 60mins from all main parks dependent on traffic. Good amenities nearby. Neighbourhood was families who were friendly. Would visit again and will recommend.

Relaxing Vacation Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this home for 4 nights during the 4th of July week, we had a great view of fireworks throughout the neighborhood, the house was warming and comfortable to stay in, we really enjoyed the pool with the hot tub heated, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy. Would definitely recommend this house for couples/family!!!!

Beautiful home in a great location

We spent 3 months at this property and loved it so much we are already booked for next year. This house has all that you need for a great vacation. Everything inside is very comfortable and well maintained. The game room is a lot of fun but the star of the show is the pool and spa. The outdoor area is very inviting and relaxing. The entire neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which was perfect for morning walks. This was our 5th different Vrbo rental in Florida and it is the first one we are returning to. Thank you to the owners and the property manager for making this such a great experience.

Florida rental house

We loved the property. It was plenty of room for our merged family. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We did run out of trash bags and toilet paper. I would recommend keeping extra there. We did go buy those things but it would have been nice to have a few extra like you would at a hotel. There was nothing you could do about the neighbors, but that could deter repeat guests.
