CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and comfort of our guests are our top priorities. Therefore, we implement a comprehensive cleaning protocol prior to each check-in. Fresh linens and towels will be provided based on the house's capacity. Guests may request additional cleaning services during their stay for an extra charge.

SPA
Spa amenities are provided at no additional cost, with temperatures capped at 95°F. The heating system operates through heat exchange and may be ineffective during extremely cold weather conditions. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for any spa-related concerns.

NO PETS PERMITTED
While we adore pets of all kinds, our property is not equipped to accommodate them.

PACKAGES & ONLINE ORDERS
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not classify vacation homes as residential addresses. Consequently, if an online retailer ships via USPS, packages will be returned to the sender. However, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon can successfully deliver to our address. Please understand that we are not liable for any delivery issues or complications with online purchases.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
We kindly ask that you do not smoke within the home. Any signs of smoking will incur a fee for odor removal and cleaning of furniture.
