From checkin this was a horrible experience! Hour after check-in still no instructions, host not answering or responding had to reach out to Vrbo and they didn’t respond to them at first, very stressful. The listing accuracy was a total lie! This place has not been remodeled anytime this decade. The couch was shameful, so destroyed they have throw blankets trying to cover it but nothing can cover that ripped up mess. Over head lights and ceiling fans in bedrooms are hit or miss weather they work most didn’t and the power went out in the entire home, after multiple attempts to get ahold of someone at the emergency number we figured it out with the help of a neighbor. When the property management company called back it was clear this has happened many times, she was asking me what we were doing when it happened they been trying to figure it out, I have an idea call an electrician!! Not ask your-renters after the fact! When I messaged the owner about the major electrical problems in their home they didn’t respond. The silverware drawer was disgusting, along with the theater room, every chair was ripped and on their last leg, never used it once. The pool was okay not great, and the old beat up hot tub was the same just okay. Now lets talk safety - front door has no kick plate exposing about a 2inch gap at the bottom. And the sliding door that is 30 years old at least has missing screws on the handle exposing sharp edges. Lani door didn’t shut. Worst Experience Ever with VRBO!
