The Space:
Enjoy these spacious and relaxing accommodations with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each carefully furnished with attention to detail. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and an amazing clubhouse located in the beautiful Windsor Island resort.
The property has a full laundry room and as a courtesy we offer a welcome kit, which contains:
1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen; 1 Dishwasher soap; 1 Detergent; 1 sponge; 1 laundry soap; 1 Toilet Paper; 1 Shampoo; 1 conditioner and 1 soap for each bathroom.
* It is not our responsibility to replace or report the welcome kit. *
* PLEASE NOTE the pool and spa heater costs an additional fee, we recommend requesting the pool heater at least 48 hours before your check-in date if you want to add this service.
* Please be aware of Windsor Island resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.
* Please be aware that there is currently ongoing construction occurring behind the property in a location outside of the resort. Construction is from 7 AM until 5 PM and may cause some noise disturbances. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Neighborhood:
Windsor Island is Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort, AND so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you in shape while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports court. In addition, a sundry shop is in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor Island is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.
Getting Around:
There are so many attractions to explore in the Kissimmee / Orlando area. Close to shopping malls and outlets, dine out in the huge selection of restaurants and of course the world-famous Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
This property is located just 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World & 32 minutes away from Universal Studios. The property is 1 minute from Windsor Island resort pool and clubhouse.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
AMENITIES:
* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
* Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE:
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

🚗 Vehicle & Guest Registration Policy
To ensure safety and smooth entry during our stay, the resort enforces strict rules:
* All guests must be pre-registered, including drivers, passengers, and rideshare drop-offs (Uber, Lyft, taxi).
* Unregistered guests will not be admitted.
* 4 vehicles maximum, Park 2 cars in the main driveway, 1 in the extended driveway without blocking the sidewalk, and find a legal spot for the fourth car.
* Once the limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed, with no exceptions.
