The Space:

This comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi is located in the Encantada Resort condominium, which has a clubhouse and a large resort-style pool for families. The townhouse is conveniently located near Walmart (3 minutes away), Disney (14 minutes away), Premium Outlets (18 minutes away), and Universal (30 minutes away). The house has specific rules, such as a minimum age requirement of 21 for guests, no smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed. Additionally, pool heating is available for an extra fee with 48 hours' notice.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.





POOL HEATER:

Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival. *The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Guest must be 21 years or older to book

- Parties are not permitted

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages

Comfortable and convenient

This place helped us out in a pinch. It was a very last minute booking since we had to come to FL in a hurry to help my mother recover from a major surgery. It was conveniently located. I wish it had streaming but at least it had cable. Also ceiling fans would also be nice. All in all it was still comfortable and I'd use them again.

Allen Spring Break 2023

The property is as shown in the photos. It has everything needed for the stay from kitchen appliances, dishes, to infant high chair and strollers, pool towels, etc. to use if needed. One thing that needs more attention was the showers and toilets. They all could use some bleach, mold/mildew cleaner. But overall the unit is really nice and beds are comfortable too, definitely a plus!!! Also, just a suggestion, addition of ceiling fans could essentially help with air circulation and keep A/C usage down or freezing up to a minimum. Thanks for allowing my family to rent your home. We highly recommend this home!

Cute Stay

Pros: Cozy, privacy, Clean, accommodating for large groups, love the personal pool and access to community pool (which is very close), family had an amazing time. Cons: south of Orlando so may be stuck in traffic a bit heading towards parks, no access to BBQ grill (grill locked). I think renting a grill for 60-90 bucks and a little stretch. Did reach out to management on portal with no reply all weekend, did have to look up number to call

Excellent closed community, conveniently located by Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Aldi , CVS, & Disney.

We had 5 wonderful days, very comfortable property with clubhouse pools, and gym. Very close to Disney Theme parks, & best Helicopters Co. Great vacation. The property managers very efficient with communications.

Nice Resort

I really loved the location, close to everything. The house is nice but one of the couches had urine stain on it and had a strong odor. I did reach out to the property to notify and they cleaned it right away. Also one of the bed frames was broken which they did fix that right away. Rooms were spacious, there is a grill outside but that is not for guests it’s only for the owner. House was very clean otherwise and the community was very quiet and very nice.

Nice Relaxing Stay

Nice relaxing family vacation. The property was nice & big for a family of our size (2 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 toddlers) The private pool & washer/dryer were added bonuses. We also loved the clubhouse & all the amenities it had to offer and it was basically right behind our unit. The playground came in handy with the toddlers!! We had a problem with the stove and the management company had someone come out to clean it & when that didn’t help they replaced it same day so we were able to cook dinner! Great service.

Overall a great experience!

Had a couple of hiccups along the way but they ALWAYS answered the phone and fixed the issue. The house was exactly what we wanted. Pool was awesome, once warm. Community pool was closed due to unforeseen mechanical issues, not rental company’s fault. Only one towel per guest provided, not a huge issue (more wash cloths would have been nice) however the washer and dryer were a little dated so they were unable to “handle” a load of towels. Overall, a good experience. Would rent here again.

Overall rental was smooth and worked out for us. There is some feedback regarding the cleanliness though. The house itself was clean, but the carpet could use updating. There were very few towels in the house, which required us to wash towels almost every day. The problem with that was the washer. The washer required being run through multiple times in order to finish and fully drain a load. This was an inconvenience.
