Great location!

The property is in an excellent location! Was clean and well equipped, We had an issue with the air con, this was dealt with promptly. Would use again!

Good experience overall

We had a good experience over all. The themed rooms were adorable and the air hockey table was a hit. I would say when we checked in, it wasn't as clean as I would expect a hotel/VRBO to be. It was definitely showing signs of wear and tear. The team was overall responsive and the proximity to disney and universal was great. The food menu at the pool was very limited.

Amazing!!

The property and the community were great! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and are definitely considering a return. It was very modern and well taken care of. The only drawback that we experienced was that the hinges of the front door were located on the outside, which is a security hazard. However, the safety of the community was a major plus factor. All of the community workers at the local pools were nice and accommodating. The community areas were very well taken care of as well. The property management definitely prides itself in this community.

Easy

I had to find a suitable place for me and my employees to stay for a week during nationals but would also allow my dogs. It was great! I thought I was going to need more kitchen items based on the reviews, but I didn't. To avoid packing as much as I did, maybe the owners would be willing to put together a list of the things they already have there. So many appliances!! I only had to bring a crock pot!

Great with a few exceptions

It's between a 4 and 5 for me. The house was nice but many of the fancy lights would not turn on or off. The beds were comfy and we had ample room for our group to spread out. The backyard pool was so tiny but we knew that going into it (Storey Lake houses just have tiny pools). There are a lot of threatening signs throughout the house (i.e. "you will be fined if you do xyz", "no shoes upstairs"), which make it hard to relax and enjoy your vacation, but in the end the property management company was nice and friendly and easy to communicate with. It's a nice house, it's just a few little things that would make it great. For example, another lounge chair in the pool area, or a few more kitchen supplies (no cup or tablespoon measurer), brighter lights in the Harry Potter room...just little things.
