  • La nostra cucina arredata con gusto ha tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno, tra cui un enorme frigorifero "walk-in" e un'area per la colazione. Se desideri cenare a casa, la nostra favolosa sala da pranzo offrirà l'ambiente perfetto. Ci sono altre tre camere da letto, ognuna con TV / DVD e altri due bagni. La villa ha anche un garage doppio e una lavanderia. La nostra società di gestione è a due minuti di distanza e ti garantirà una buona assistenza. Quindi, sia che siate in vacanza con la famiglia a dare un'occhiata ai Parchi, sia che stiate semplicemente cercando un po 'di golf e relax, questa è davvero la cornice perfetta. Highlands Reserve è uno dei campi da golf più prestigiosi della Florida, situato a circa 40 minuti a sud-ovest di Orlando International. Aeroporto, sulla US27 a soli 5 minuti a nord dell'autostrada I4. All'interno di Highlands, la nostra Villa si trova lontano dalla strada principale, in Birkdale Street. La Club House è a 3 minuti a piedi .. !! Negozi e servizi locali sono a due minuti di auto, con molti ristoranti situati lungo US192 a soli 10 minuti di auto. Se hai voglia di un viaggio verso la costa, troverai il Golfo o l'Atlantico a solo un'ora di distanza in entrambe le direzioni. Perfetto anche per visitare il Kennedy Space Center o Busch Gardens. Orlando International 40 minuti. Sanford International 50 minuti. Tampa International 1 ora. Miami International tre ore e mezza

Great stay—we’d definitely come back! We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids under 4, and the home was perfect for us. Paying for pool heat was a smart move—the kids loved it and never wanted to get out.The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and the games were a nice bonus that kept everyone entertained. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and it truly had all the comforts of home.Highly recommend, especially for families.

Great villa with superb pool area, sun from mid morning to sunset and looking out to nature reserve (Pool needs a few rough patches sorted and the light in the jacuzzi fixed, could also do with a parasol though for some shade)2nd time we’ve booked this villa and would go back again, clean and tidy with everything you need for a great holiday.

We have stayed at this house previously and have been satisfied, overall stay was good but we do have some feedback. This time, the pool was extremely cold. We paid additional money for heat but it only seemed to work on day 1, given the temperature the week we were there it didn’t make sense. The house needs a better cleaning. We noticed bugs on day one. As long as we wiped down everything multiple times they were scarce but still there.

Nice place

We liked the property a lot and its location. Nice and quiet street. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to instruct cleaning services to clean better. There was trash from the previous visits we found in the house and around; some tables were not clean. We always leave a tip for the cleaning crew, but not this time. If this were my property, I would hire someone else to clean and manage my property. It is a beautiful house. Just the cleanliness is a big minus for us. I still recommend this property and would come back to this exact location. The owners are doing an excellent job of keeping the house updated and modern.

House need some big time help, pool area unsafe with rusty umbrella stands.

I would think twice about renting this house, not one good thing about it, chairs broken no dishtowels, rug in living filthy, I could on and on. Police came to door said 6 cars were stolen out of the driveways. that week. Of all the houses in Florida I would not pick that one. Still fighting with owner because the pool has a leak, never got warm , glad to be back in Michigan the only good about the trip with the weather..

The house was very nice. We had some complaints as the internet didn’t work when we got there and the tvs we couldn’t get live tv. We are not computer savvy. We found an outlet on the kitchen counter that was falling out and they didn’t take care of it. We had problems with the pool and sauna on our last day as it frosted over and we were unable to use the pool. I did call maintenance but no one ever came to check it out. The pool guy came the first week and had mud on his shoes and never washed the pool deck off. It was very confusing also with the days of garbage and recycling. We put it out on the days it said to and garbage was the only thing taken. We put the recycling back beside the house but it was very full. Other than that we loved the house and the area.

Excellent Trip!

The property was amazing! Everything we hoped for and more! Glad that we paid the additional $$ to have the pool heated for our late December stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and felt incredibly safe! The home was perfect, the pool was perfect, overall an amazing trip for our family!

The pool was the best!

Property was clean but it was disappointing because the cable did not work and there was no cable box or DVD player in one of the bedrooms. There were also small bugs in the master bathroom and one of the smaller bedrooms.
