Dining Areas and Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family meal. It has a breakfast bar with seating for 2, an adjoining breakfast nook overlooking the pool area with seating for 4 and a formal dining room with seating for 6.

Living Room

The living room is a bright open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling. It features a 70” Flat Screen TV which you can enjoy watching from the comfort of the two sofas and two leather accent chairs. There are sliding doors and two other regular doors leading to the pool area.



Games Room

Loved by all is the professionally renovated Games Room! This detached garage turned games room features a Pool Table and Air Hockey Table. It houses a Wii Game System with 2 Gaming Chairs and an assortment of Wii Games all to be enjoyed on the large 50” Flat Screen TV. Finally, enjoy snacks and games on the 8 Ball Themed Bar Top Table with 4 Chairs.



Private Pool.

Access to the South East facing pool, lanai, and games room can be found through the laundry area, kitchen breakfast nook, sliding glass doors in the living room and also from the Master Bedroom. Relax in the outdoor private swimming pool! Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio that seats 6 as well as the loungers. There is a pool bathroom outside for your convenience too! Finally, this home is equipped with a Child Safety Fence around the pool.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.

Pool heat is set to 88 F.

Pool heat is recommended October - May.

Pool heater runs with the pool pump between 9 and 12 hours daily.

Laundry
There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

Our favorites are the Greg Norman Designed ‘National’ and ‘International’ at ChampionsGate, less than a mile from Reunion. Play links style golf in tropical Central Florida – it’s a fun test!

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:

* 1 x roll of paper towels

* 1 x dish sponge

* 2 x dishwasher tablets

* 1 x small dish soap

* 1 x trash bag per bin

* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom

* 2 x sachets of laundry soap

* Small hand soaps in each bathroom

* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
