The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful home, featuring a bright and open environment that's perfect for enjoying unforgettable family moments. Each room has been designed with your comfort in mind and is well decorated to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for your stay.

At our home, cleanliness is of the utmost importance. We follow a rigorous 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guest stays, which includes preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, checking, and resetting, to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a healthy and safe environment for all our guests.

To help you get started, we provide a small starter set of amenities, including paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, soap bars, toilet tissue rolls, shampoo packets, and coffee sachets. These amenities are provided for first-time use, and if you need more during your stay, there are plenty of local stores nearby where you can purchase them.

Additionally, you'll find a super cute set of face, bath, and pool towels that are perfectly sanitized and packed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guest Access:
Lucaya Village's clubhouse is complete with a pool, hot tub, basketball court, BBQ (available for rental with reservation), fitness center, kids playroom, and EV charging station (reservation required). Relax and unwind with your family in the perfect vacation home. It is a condominium of 208 houses with 3 or 4 bedroom completely furnished divided into 26 villas and offering resort type amenities. 2941 Lucayan Harbour Cir it is the gate address, go through it and from there look for your unit (inside address). The condominium has its own parking and has several leisure options. Located in Kissimmee, it is close to Disney parks and Orlando's major avenues, making it easy to access everything the city has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
The condominium is located in Kissimmee close to the major thoroughfares of the city as I4, 192, 536, 417, making it easy to access the major attractions and destinations. It's a super friendly neighborhood. There are no specific parking spots so drive all the way to the end of the street and find yourself a parking spot. Take the sidewalk by the shortwall and enjoy the view while you get to the house which is the one in the corner in the end.

Getting Around:
Super easy to walk and drive around. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. Turo is considered the Airbnb of car rentals, but if you have a foreign driver's license remember we can help you with car rental too. Orlando Magic and Theme Park tickets?
