Our rooms are tastefully decorated for style and comfort, along with enchanting themed rooms for children and teens, inspired by beloved movies like Avatar and Minions, adding a touch of magic to their stay.

The spacious living room welcomes you with a large TV, perfect for shared entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the large dining table sets the stage for memorable gatherings.
To complete the experience, step outside and enjoy the refreshing private pool, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation and fun.

Conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations, our property offers comfort and accessibility for our valued guests.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, home theater, and the private pool at the property. Please note that access to Reunion Resort community pools, clubhouse, or resort amenities is not included. Certain areas such as owner closets, utility rooms, or storage spaces may be locked and are not accessible to guests.

All communication must be conducted through Airbnb messaging to ensure clear documentation and proper support. We are available to assist guests throughout their stay and respond as promptly as possible via the Airbnb platform.

Parking:
The property offers 2 parking spaces at the back of the house. Limited street parking is also available on the street adjacent to the property. Vehicles must be parked facing northeast or toward the ascending number of the neighboring house to avoid possible towing.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any violation will result in a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is found.

Check-in:
Our check-in time is fixed at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, early check-in is not available to ensure our cleaning and maintenance team has enough time to fully prepare and sanitize the property before your arrival.

Check-out:
The check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request with an additional hourly fee until 12:00 PM. After that time, a full additional night will be charged. Requests may or may not be approved depending on availability.

Pool:
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 per day. This service must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
The heater operates through a heat exchange system and may not function properly in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool in cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be possible.

BBQ Rental:
BBQ rental is available for $120 per stay, which includes the cleaning service (propane not included). It must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute requests may be subject to an additional $75 fee.

Trash:
All trash must be placed in the black outdoor trash container located outside the house, with bags properly sealed.

Appliances:
Please follow all appliance usage instructions provided in the home. Kitchen and laundry appliances may be more advanced than standard, so we recommend reviewing the instructions before using them.

Remote Controls:
All remote controls must remain inside the property. Missing or lost remotes will result in a $100 replacement fee per unit.
