House was very nice! We all loved the harry potter theming. Only issue we had on numerous evenings was horrendous amount of traffic waiting to get thru gate to enter. Would wait 30minutes. We were given a paper pass to scan but traffic flow was not directed well so still had to wait in the lane with the scanner. Would not stay here again because of traffic issues causing lots of wasted time.

The house itself was very clean. We were satisfied with that. But it was so hot and there is a sign not to put the air below 72 degrees in the home, which makes it very very uncomfortable. I stay at this resort every single year I have never rented a home with that set as a rule. I am also very furious that I reached out to the host about a problem with the dryer setting off every alarm upstairs and got no response. I don’t know if it was a carbonmonoxide problem or what but I had to travel back with wet laundry because I was scared to use the dryer. I was just very dissatisfied with those things.
