Kenny was amazing, easy to work with and quick to respond to all of my questions from the start and throughout our stay. House was exactly as described and even more impressive in person. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation destination with all of the conveniences of home, plus so much more!

We had our large family stay here and upon arrival there was some confusion at the gate regarding us using the access code we were given vs the access card they needed to assign us. Once resolved, we headed to the house which a great size but really needed some updates. The carpet was in need of a cleaning as it was a little matted, smelled “damp” and was patched going up the stairs. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was dated. There were no pans for the oven and the utensil drawer was taped together. We really appreciated having 2 washers and 2 dryers. There were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows here, that was a challenge but we worked through it. The pool area was good but the hot tub never got hot or even warm. We never figured out how to get the ice maker to make ice so we just bought ice. Overall, it was a good stay. The kids enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table. It was only 3 days so we did not get to enjoy the big pool and lazy River as we would have to drive over to the other neighborhood to enjoy it. The owner was easy to work with prior to our arrival, so that was a plus.

Nice House

The house was nice and big for us. It suited us fairly well. It is a distance from the community complex. We were a little disappointed with a few things. We couldnt use the pool table as all tue sricks were missing the tips. One of the dryers were not working. The house itself was not well stocked with kitchen items. All in all it wasn't terrible and I would stay again.

There were no extras, basic house, cheap furniture and décor, paint touch up was noticeable, the master bedroom bed was hard and very uncomfortable, and the best thing about the house was the location.

Thorough Review

Overall, this house was great for a large family. I will say, I don’t think it’s right to charge to use the grill (yes, there is a lock on it) & the electricity to heat the hot tub. The word ‘hot’ is in hot tub. We were told we could use the hot tub at the community pool. The owner does have it listed as an extra charge online. Just don’t think it’s right. The owner/property manager were very good about communication and responding. We had a few minor issues in which both were notified and responded fast. The community pool is nice.The lazy river is great for kids but keep in mind you have to buy floats or tubes for it or go in without it. Tubes are not provided for free. There is also has food, alcohol and small activities for kids. The pool at the house does not have a railing for young kids or elderly and the houses are so close together that you can see your neighbors using their pool outside as well. The bedrooms were descent sizes. the cable boxes need to on shelves. They sit on the tv which then falls down a lot. There isn’t enough living room seating for everyone to sit together. There are 2 small couches (sit 4) downstairs. A sectional would be better. And 2 small couches upstairs. Need more.The showers could use a deep cleaning and the walls painted again for they have mismatched patches. BUT it’s a good place to stay for families. Owner can’t be reached by calling him but reached by text and slight language barrier with property manager but understands texts.

Worse Christmas Stay Ever

This property was not what we expected. Be4 coming through communication with the property manager he was sure 2 tell me 2 make sure that the accurate amount of people I stated was coming would be there because only those people would receive a wrist band at the gate. When we arrived the gate opened on it’s own there was never a wrist band necessary. The neighborhood in itself was an accident waiting to happen getting in & out! When we got to the actually house the house looked nothing like the photos or the photos were a bit misleading. There were two bedrooms downstairs and seven upstairs. Most of the rooms required you 2 share a bathroom with someone else. 1 of the rooms downstairs the heat was not working so our kids were cold during the freeze warning given. There was supposed 2 be some type of information book with info. about the house we never found! We asked 4 heated spa & pool & the water never heated so we never got to use the hot tub! We only got to use the pool on the 1st day because it was hot outside. We also ordered the grill & it also didn’t work. It wouldn’t light so we had to use the oven inside instead. Our 2nd day there someone who came 2 bring a refrigerator while we were there but we were not made aware that this would take place during our stay. The room’s wall were disgusting where people had been wiping their hands on it. 1 of the chairs at the bar was broken as well as a bed upstairs where maybe someone heavy had been sitting & laying on both. Water for showers didn’t stay hot long enough 4 several people to bathe. 1 of the TVs in the bedroom had sound but no visible screen so we had 2 move people out of that room. We thought there was a game room but it was actually just a pool table & hockey table in a loft upstairs with a tv & sofas. Some of the comforters were very dirty as well as a few pillowcases. We had 2 go out & buy comforters & pillowcases because of this. There was no hand soap but some small bars on the sink that were harsh to your hands. There was an unpleasant odor in the house & pool as if the last guess had a dog and we had to spray and buy all types of Lysol and Febreeze. Long story short this was probably the worse vacation home I have ever stayed in & I wouldn’t recommend to any friend. There was supposed to be a gym to work out & a water park also on the property that we never saw until we were leaving & it was apparently across the street. This was the worse Christmas ever & money badly spent!

Great place for family

Our family had a great time! This place has lots of space. The only thing is the beds were all uncomfortable but we enjoyed the space and the club house w pool and lazy River. It would have been helpful to know how far we were to the clubhouse. We would have preferred to walk but it was in the neighborhood across the street.

I do not recommend this property

I paid for early check-in and to have pool heated but the pool was not heated or the hot tub. The temperature actually never warmed and the hot tub never got past mildly warm. The worst part was the mattresses. You can feel the springs through the top of all of them through the house. I've slept better on the ground in a sleeping bag while camping. The quality of the entire house is lacking and the pictures do not adequately demonstrate the subpar attempt at an upscale stay.

Beautiful home for large family! Grandkids loved pool table and air hockey

Everything went so smoothly! House was very very clean. Beds were comfortable kitchen well stocked w dishes/pans etc. Nice to have 2 washers n dryers! Make sure you bring dishwasher/laundry soap and garbage bags. Garbage picked up every day. The Resort was amazing, something for everyone! Kids loved the lazy river!

Beautiful Orlando

Lovely experience. Very large house with enough space and pool. My only gripe was the hot tub. It was Luke warm the entire time. The property manager was aware.

Great house for extended family

We rented Kenny’s house for a get together with my husbands parents, my husband and I, our seven kids, spouses, and nine grandkids. We usually have to rent multiple homes for a family vacation, and this one was very reasonably priced for a large group gathering. Felt so much bigger than it appeared in pictures, plenty of bedrooms for each household to have their own space. With 5 toddlers, we really appreciated the fence around the pool, so people could dine on the patio, but small children could not access the pool when it was not time to swim. The local property manager appeared very quickly when we had trouble with the pool heater. I highly recommend renting the grill from the travel agency. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Parents 70th Bday Celebration and New Year's Eve

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house and pool area are a little smaller than photos appear, however there is more than enough room for a large group. We had 20 people ranging in age and everyone enjoyed. The owner was super responsive from the time I booked until the day we checked out. Investing in having the pool heated was definitely a plus for us. The only suggestions I have is maybe supplying more towels, and making sure the garbage can is empty before each guest checks in. We couldn't use the garbage can at all because it was full. I also strongly recommend treating the drains or entire house for gnats as they were all over the house and quite annoying while eating. Other than that I would definitely recommend this property, it was well worth the money. PS: I strongly recommend reading the entire the welcome package carefully before arriving because you will need certain things that are not supplied. Thanks Kenny we will be back! 😊😊

Great place for the Disney/Universal Visiting Family

Good for a large crowd - about 25 min. to Disney

This is a nice large home with many bedrooms and beds and bathrooms that is set up well to accomodate a large crowd. The open kitchen dining area was excellent for our large group. Everyone got their own bed. Here are a few notes of things that were hard to tell from the photos and the listing - All of the 2 bed bedrooms are 2 double beds (I couldn't tell if they were single or double from the photo). There are 3 port a cribs available in the house along with 3 high chairs and an umbrella stroller. These were nice to have. A few of the baths are "Jack and Jill" style baths that connect 2 bedrooms but each bedroom has its own vanity area and you share the shower/toilet area. There was plenty of hot water for everyone (which I was pleasantly surprised by). We were a multiple family group of 19 varying in ages from 1 to adult. We had the pool heated for our stay. We had to pay for that ahead of time but it was easy to request and the manager sent a payment request that we paid and it was all set. When we arrived the pool was warm and the hot tub was also just warm (about the temperature of the pool) but after 30 minutes to an hour of having the jets on it heated right up to a nice a toasty hot tub temp. It only gets hot while the jets are turned on. This is a bare bones vrbo. There are dishes, some towels, and bedding. Other than that there is nothing else. Some things that I wished there had been was salt and pepper (we had to pick up a few extra packets from the theme park to use at home), at least one towel for each person (if the property can accommodate 23 people there should be at least 23 towels), 1 dishwasher tablet for each day of our stay (you only get one dishwasher tablet and 2 garbage bags for your stay). They are particular about garbage sacks so BRING SEVERAL 13 GALLON GARBAGE bags otherwise you will have to purchase a box - and who wants to have to keep going grocery shopping while you are doing Disney World?? There are no grocery bags allowed to be used as garbage bags. The tip that the VRBO manager passes along about using Happy Trails Road as a short -cut NO LONGER WORKS because that community put up coded gates to keep the tourists out. A lot of VRBO renters trying to enter the property through the entrance gates had a hard time (including part of our group) - just remember to press the # key on the pad to show your pass. The manager is always quick to respond to emails which I also appreciated.

GREAT HOME

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. We plan a last minute getaway to Disney and stumbled across this home. The home was CLEAN and SAFE, with covid going around we were very satisfied with this home and it’s cleanliness. The rooms are just as the pictures showed. We will DEFINITELY book this home again!

Wonderful stay at an amazing property

We are so grateful to home owner Kenny, his property manager(s) and his team, for a wonderful stay. Kenny was always quick to answer emails and questions. The house was absolutely beautiful and the location and community are both desirable. Unfortunately the resort and clubhouse were closed partway during our stay due to the virus but we were still able to use the volleyball court. I would highly recommend this and all of Kenny's properties or any house in this community. You will have a great experience. Thank you so much. We hope to stay again!!

Wonderful!

As soon as we walked into the house, we started to relax. It was clean, bright and orderly. It easily accommodated all of us, and he was very considerate with not having many breakables within childrens reach. Everything was as described online. Loved it and would book again.
