Additional Details:

· We currently offer high chair for the kiddos.
· Custom high-end shower coated in marble stone gives you a luxury shower experience with all your basic needs: shampoo, soap, and towels. No need to bring those.
· All new lighting throughout the house and modern interior doors.
· Enjoy a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of outdoor space for fun and activities.
· The friendly neighborhood is in one of the best locations in town to walk, run, jog, or just take a breath in the beautiful summer.

Important Information:

· The house has smoke detectors as well as CO2 detectors, so no need to worry about unwanted gases.
· E-lock keyless entrance so you can easily access the house.
· Long stays are welcome. Ask about a 1-month stay!
· Heating the pool: Costs $45/day. If you request it during your stay, it will be turned on by the next business day, or a code will be provided for you to switch the heating on. Please note that when you make the payment to heat the pool, we will submit a request to the company in charge to turn on the heating — a process that takes approximately 12 hours. Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat depending on the outside temperature. Please plan accordingly if you want to enjoy our pool warming service.
Note: The temperature of the pool is the same as the jacuzzi, and the cost is the same because they are heated at the same time.
· Grill use fee: There is a $70 fee to cover cleaning and propane use. A code will be provided after the fee has been paid.
· You have access to the pool, gym, sports fields, and courts. Surfboards, food, and drinks are available for an additional cost at the resort.
No need to worry—pool maintenance twice a week is completely normal and keeps the water clean.

Dish soap (for hand washing dishes, not for dishwasher use)

Please report any issues or concerns within the first 4 hours after arrival so we can address them as quickly as possible. We provide initial supplies such as trash bags, soap, and other essentials for the first few days of your stay. If you need additional supplies, we recommend visiting nearby stores such as Market, Dollar Tree, or Walmart for extra trash bags and other items.
