The Space:

Soft morning light fills the living areas as you step into a quiet space designed for ease and comfort. Days begin slowly here, whether you settle into one of the two living areas or step outside to feel the warm Central Florida air by the pool. After time exploring nearby attractions, the house offers a calm retreat where you can unwind at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

Six spacious bedrooms provide room for your group to spread out, including themed spaces that add a playful touch. The home accommodates up to 14 guests, offering beds arranged across the bedrooms without altering the original bed details. With multiple rooms to choose from, everyone can settle into a space that suits their needs.



Outdoor living

The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, and heated, making it comfortable no matter the season. Sun loungers and a private patio or balcony offer additional space to relax outdoors. The surrounding warmth of the Kissimmee climate keeps the setting season-neutral and inviting throughout the year.



Kitchen and dining

The large full kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals, along with indoor and outdoor dining areas for shared moments. With a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, the kitchen supports both quick breakfasts before heading out and relaxed dinners at home.



Comfort and convenience

Two living areas offer room to gather, watch TV, or enjoy quiet time. Central air conditioning and central heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Guests also have access to free washer and dryer amenities in the unit, along with essentials such as bed linens, towels, and room-darkening shades.

The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as wifi for staying connected. A private entrance and smart lock make self check-in simple. Pack 'n play or travel crib availability upon request supports family stays.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: Parking is strictly enforced in this community. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway side-by-side and 2 in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments—no exceptions. Parking is allowed only in approved driveways, garages, or designated visitor/assigned spaces. Vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or park on grass. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and the host/property management assumes no liability for enforcement actions.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
