The Space:

Here, the spacious layout lets each member of your group find a nook of comfort, whether you’re gathering for a movie night or enjoying a quiet sunrise by the water.



Sleeping arrangements

Six spacious bedrooms hold a total of eight beds, comfortably accommodating up to fourteen guests. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged, offering a mix of queen‑size and twin beds that let families and friends spread out without crowding. Each bedroom provides its own shade‑blocking curtains, ensuring restful nights after busy days.



Outdoor living

A heated private pool stays inviting year‑round, with 24‑hour access for late‑night swims or early‑morning laps. Sun loungers line the pool deck, and a private patio invites you to sip coffee or unwind with a good book while the Central Florida breeze drifts by. The pool area is fenced for safety, giving peace of mind for guests of all ages.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials—refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker—so you can whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a family‑style dinner. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining tables let you enjoy meals together under the roof or beneath the open sky, creating flexible spaces for shared moments.



Comfort & convenience

Two living areas each feature a flat‑screen TV, perfect for movie marathons after a theme‑park adventure. Central air‑conditioning and heating keep the interior climate just right, while a washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays effortless. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, and a pack‑n‑play or travel crib is available on request for families traveling with little ones.



Home safety & connectivity

Smart lock entry and a private entrance simplify self‑check‑in, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed for added security. High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected for planning the next day’s itinerary or sharing vacation photos.

Nestled within Bella Vida Resort, the home enjoys a gated, green setting with a scenic lake and walking trail nearby. Resort amenities include a fitness center, game room, and an additional community pool, all accessible to guests. The location places you just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other Orlando attractions, while still offering a tranquil retreat to return to.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: Parking is strictly enforced in this community. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway side-by-side and 2 in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments—no exceptions. Parking is allowed only in approved driveways, garages, or designated visitor/assigned spaces. Vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or park on grass. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and the host/property management assumes no liability for enforcement actions.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
