This house was the WORSE house I’ve ever stayed at on VRBO. The carpet was FILTHY through the whole house. Apparently, they only clean the carpet once a quarter which is a lie because I found a review from August complaining about the same dirty carpet. Spots everywhere like somebody or something peed on the floor. Also a big stain that looked like vomit. Walking into this, my family and I were trying to make the best out of this home. That night we experienced a nightmare, an infestation of ROACHES! When I tell you it was a roach here, there and everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting and terrifying! The property manager provided us with bug spray. Yes, it killed some but it didn’t kill many and more came out each day. I had to sleep with a towel at my door to ensure no roaches got in the room. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. The pool was good for the most part. I did have one day where the pool warmer (which I had to pay for) wasn’t working and I reached out to the property manager to assist but he said he was off and I would have to wait until the next day. I lost a pool day because I was I unable to get the pool warm. The property looks NOTHING like the pictures. It looks ran down and barely managed. The owner is definitely not keeping up with the home. Please don’t waste your money booking at this home. I will attach the pictures that I took during my stay. Also, at checkout they want you to put a load in for the next guests but didn’t provide detergent. So, are the sheets clean????

House was spacious and clean, great for sunbathing by the pool although the sun only shines on the pool area until noon. Quiet area except on weekends when there were a lot of parties in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious for our family with small kids. It had 2 high chairs, a crib and a playpen. The pool area was great! I would recommend this place.

Our stay was from Sunday, August 3rd to 11th. The Host, April, was available for questions leading up to our arrival, and the property manager was very prompt in addressing the issues we had encountered. However, upon reaching the second floor, I was astonished to find the carpets on the stairs and throughout the rest of the second level filthy. Pictures of the carpets are attached. I would say a pet had an accident; there was a trail of what I would say was urine. In one of the bedrooms, there was a big stain of what I would say was "vomit" or a big "Spill" of some sort. My suggestion is to deep-clean the carpets or replace the carpet with vinyl flooring. For a family of 10, the home was just what I was looking for; we fit comfortably, minus the carpets.

Gave the description of newly renovated and was not just a fresh coat of paint, furniture was covered with seat covers the bathroom sinks drains hardly worked and very limited lighting due to missing lightbulbs or broken lights. The owners requested you to was the sheets and your towels which I felt I’m paying you to do this

Home away from home

House was nice alittle problem with the address but was resolved. We loved to stay at windsor at Westside. We will be coming back next year.

Property is "tired" and needs attention

Property is tired and needs upgrading. Carpets were very dirty with stains throughout. Photos did not accurately represent what you get as decor is quite plain and not as fancy as in the ad. Information about wi-fi was out of date and had to call internet provider to get correct network ID and password. Lower A/C unit was not working and took one week to repair. X-box is first generation and only two outdated games, really not much of a feature. More care and attention is needed from owner to ensure the unit is as advertised and fully ready for new occupants.Pool was wonderful. One of the few positives of the stay.

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable stay. Pool was wonderful and hot tub we did heat it well worth the money. Neighborhood safe and great communication with host!

Space for all and wonderful private pool and spa

My family (spouse and four kids ages 14,13,8, and 6) and I all enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and more! When we walked in, it felt like a resort. I just loved it. We paid extra for the grill and pool to be heated. It was well worth it, especially because my kids are little fishes. When the coffee maker didn’t work, we contacted the manager, and he brought a new one right away. Great service! The resort pool is nice. We only went once. You cannot bring your own food and drinks there. But we loved our private pool. Orlando traffic is insane, so I would recommend getting all your groceries for your stay right away to avoid multiple trips to grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again. Also, very close proximity to Disney.

Awesome Vacation Home

Everything was great from booking, communication, and most importantly our family week long stay. We had e wetting we needed to accommodate our family of 13 and it was so spacious. Kitchen was fully loaded and they had everything we needed for our 2 year old son

Location

The location was great close to grocery store cvs fast food. About a 25 min drive to Disney. The house was great very spacious for our family. It was clean but the upstairs had a oder of dog. I think if they get rid of the carpeting the oder would go away. The house pool was great the little kids loved it. The clubhouse pool was way over crowed. We went once but didn’t stay long. My purse was stolen out of my car parked in the driveway. Which was a huge inconvenience on vacation! I forgot to grab it out of the car and than forgot to lock the car when we got home late from Hollywood studious. I found that the weekends at this community were very busy the parking on the street made it difficult to get any where. The week days seemed better. Also my daughter park in front of the house and her tire was slightly on the grass. That night they put a 6”x 6” green sticker in the middle of the drivers side window warning her not to park on the grass. A little extreme considering how they allow parking on both sides of street and you can hardly pass threw. Over all our vacation was great! The house was great! I just wish the community was better. The weekends there seemed like they where for partying.

Great family spot

Nice property. Close to all amenities and Disney areas. Very suitable for large family. Pool area clean and property looked after. Club house also very nice. Property manager April is phenomenal.

Nice cozy home!

Very lovely home with lots of space for our large family vacation. Nice pool and hot tub at the home and fun clubhouse with pool and lazy river a short walk from the home. Beware if you add on to heat the pool and rent the grill to do that with your first transaction of renting the property. If you add on later they tack on a huge service fee which made heating the pool and renting grill very costly. But this is a very nice place to stay!

Awesome Location!

It has become our family tradition to visit Disney/ Universal on our annual vacation. This year we decided to go with a VRBO over a disney resort due to the INSANE amount of money we would save. Let me tell ya, I can guarantee we wont be paying the insanely high resort costs anymore. This location was fantastic and gave us the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day at the parks - not to mention, it is so close to the parks that the drive to and from is actually quicker than using the bus services offered by Disney at the resorts. April was an amazing host and provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location - especially if you're planning out a trip to Disney or Universal. On top of all that, this location is literally a 5 minute drive from anyhing you could possibly need (grocery, resturants, and shops). The only regret I have is not taking more time to explore the amenities offered by the Windsor community. Again, i would 10x10 recommend, and will most certainly book again in the future.

Nice house

This is a nice sized house with a good layout. Great for a large family or a couple of families. It needs a deep cleaning and isn't well equipped in the kitchen for younger kids. (very little plastic ware or small cups and bowls.) Don't bother with the pool heat. The spa never got above 88 degrees, although the house instructions for it said it should get to 102, and though the property manager was very helpful, the owners wanted us to pay the service fee for the pool company to come check if there was a mechanical issue. Be aware that these houses are very close to one another and noise travels well between the backyard/pool areas.

Disney Holiday!

We stayed at this property for 1week in March. We loved the house, as there was plenty of room for 12 of us. The pool was amazing. The kids spent as much time as possible in it. I did pay extra to have it heated, but well worth it. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and lots of dishes for all of us. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, and would definitely stay here again!
