• WINDSOR CAY PARKING
- Free on-site parking.
- Driveway parking is limited to 2 vehicles. The garage has been converted into a game room.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks.
- No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.)
- The parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard.
- Do not park in front of other homes.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors.
- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48 h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
